Completely unacceptable..should have reported this location to the health department..appalled and horrified at what I witnessed...came to this location for in house dining..service seemed fine at first glance...was getting my drink while waiting for my order... was selecting a table meanwhile..at first glance the tables were looking pretty clean..after a closer look I seen all of them were kinda clean but just a facade...sat down anyway at the one table that was acceptable...while sitting there and eating my meal I witnessed a employee come out from behind the counter...same person that took my order...after 5 or 6 patrons finished their meals...she came to wipe off the tables...she came with a single napkin and started wiping down all the tables..she had no spray bottle no water or disinfectant , not even a clorox wipe or anything close to what would be sanitary...to make things worse she was constantly coughing and and hacking on every single table she was pretending to clean...I swear she was doing it intentionally...couldn't have infected her surroundings worse if anyone asked...I was completely disgusted and confronted her on where was her spray bottle and disinfectant and why she wasn't wearing a mask if she was so sick that she has to cough on every single table...I asked for her manager and everyone in the restaurant acted like they didn't speak English and pretty much ignored me like I was the crazy one...bothered me for the next two days wondering what I would come down with...so mad at myself for not taking the time to report this or video this madness...I tried to report unsanitary conditions at another Wendy's in the past and literally was on hold for 2 plus hours without ever reaching a live person.. Anyway if you taken the time to read this whole review...don't eat at this location...if you dare to roll the dice, pay close attention and have your camera ready to share with future...
Read moreSo I just left the Wendy’s on Castle Pines parkway and really had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place. I don’t usually post reviews and I would give zero stars if it was an option. I ordered at about 9:55 thinking Wendy’s ‘is open late’ like they used to advertise. Didn’t realize they close at 10, but that should be insignificant since we were there before 10. I placed an order, which included among other things, chili and 2 frostys (which I believe is an up charge). They gave me the total that I owed and I came up to the window. They then took my money and said ‘we don’t have any chili or frostys left’. So I expected some money back, at least for the chili that they were charging me for. And assuming frostys are an up charge but honestly not sure. The cashier looked confused but said ‘let me check with my manager.’ They ended up giving me a little money back but I think for only the chili. All the while, I see someone in the background pouring out probably 4-5 pounds of frosty to ‘put back in the freezer.’ I asked, ‘can’t you just fill two cups as that flows out?’ I was told ‘the manager told us we couldn’t and that goes back in the freezer. Then, as I drove away, I noticed that both orders of fries were half full and cold. Clearly they ran out and didn’t want to make more. So all in all, the worst experience ever. Someone from Wendy’s corporate should address this matter, as I live about 5 miles away, but will never go back to this location, purely out of principle. VERY BAD...
Read moreToday (Friday) at approximately 9:40 AM, I visited the restaurant through the drive-thru, and unfortunately the experience was extremely unpleasant. From the moment we arrived, the staff member who attended us showed a negative attitude toward us. I personally was respectful and polite at all times however, the waiter repeatedly rolled his eyes, used an unfriendly tone and treated us with clear disdain; when I ask for something else he say “oh my good”
His behavior felt discriminatory and very unprofessional. We never raised our voice or behaved rudely, yet the treatment we received was abrupt, dismissive and frankly hostile, starting from the first greeting.
This is unacceptable for any customer especially considering we came to enjoy a meal, not to be disrespected.
I am reporting this because we should all feel welcome regardless of how we look, speak or where we come from. No restaurant should allow this type of attitude from their staff.
I expect that this complaint is taken seriously and that proper action is taken to ensure no other guests have to experience this type of discriminatory...
