They took my review down. About two weeks ago I had signed up for Ziggis rewards and downloaded the app because my co workers had been bringing stuff from this shop for a while I decided it would be a good thing for me to use this shop. I received a free 16 Oz drink and had it scheduled to be picked up on a Friday at 12:30 Pm. I called the store I was going to be picking up from (15 S Rockrimmon Blvd) and told them I would be just a few minutes late for pickup and around 12:40 instead. The lady I was speaking to was very rude and way to loud I felt as thought I had done something wrong just telling her I would be late. She started yelling and saying there was no order for my name and that she only had one order today that wasnât for me (it was for me) I told her I had a screenshot of my order and that I would like to show her that and she started arguing with me about just figuring it out at the store instead of before I get there which is horrible and inconvenient. I had to be at work shortly after so I wanted to get a clear path to follow when I arrived at the shop. I was being yelled at so I yelled back youâre yelling and your very rude. She started to say that she will not help me and to find another place, and then hung up on me. I called back to try and apologize and explain that Iâm just trying to redeem my reward and I felt I was being attacked but Courtney, answered the phone and told me that she didnât appreciate how rude I WAS to her co worker after they had just yelled at me on the phone when I was just trying to explain that I had a screenshot of an order they said they didnât have.(my aunt is dying from throat cancer as we speak so I tried to explain that I yelled after being yelled at because I had felt attacked and tried to explain that I yelled because I felt I was being attacked and needed to defend myself) She said I donât care about that. Thatâs not my problem. I asked to speak to a manager and she said that she was a manager. At this point I realized I was talking to a seriously unprofessional/ undeveloped customer service representative. If this is how your shop is run and the employees you hire , then this is a great store for people who love bullies and satan. Thereâs no love here all hate and petty behavior. I hope you can learn to hire an appropriate manager because otherwise your store/corporate is simply low...

Their leadership, friendliness, and attention to detail create such a welcoming environment that I canât help but keep coming back. They truly set the bar high for what a local coffee shop should feel like.
And Iâve got to shout out Michelle, whoâs always a bright spot when I come in. Her energy and friendliness make every visit even better.
The coffee (and energy drinks haha)? Always perfect. The staff? Fast, friendly, and just awesome. I probably spend way too much time hereâtheyâve got my order down to a science at this pointâbut I wouldnât have it any other way.    Read moreI'm trying to become a regular but for some reason when I order coffee and I asked for espresso beans I'm giving an attitude first time brought a friend they literally gave me two and I was told we could share. I just came through a second time this time using the drive-thru with my sweetie he asked for espresso beans we got a straw she handed us her coffee and ignored us it was the same lady! Im not sure if she doesn't like to hand them out or I'm not sure if she just likes to gatekeep but this is starting to make me not want to drive the 20 minutes that it took me to come from Lone Tree and I paid more than what I usually pay for my coffee which wouldn't be a big deal if customer care was good.I like...
