Burger King — Restaurant in Castle Shannon

Hopefully this review is for the 24 hour BK on Library in Castle Shannon. I surely dont want to give the Bethel Park BK a positive review. I live in Bethel, all the way at the other end next to South Park. And can tell you I drive right past the Bethel BK which is much closer for a reason. Castle Shannon BK is always consistent with my order, always hot fries and burgers. And I don't get an attitude when I show up to place an order. You can't ask for better eating from a fast food joint. Sadly it's not just BK whi serves cold food that's been sitting around way to long here in Bethel. Wendy's and McDonald's is just as bad, the only consistency you'll get from a fast food place in Bethel is from Arby's. Funny how the place with the least amount of business treats you the best. Not always in the mood for Arby's, but I'll give them my business before BK, Wendy's, or McDonald's in Bethel. I'm a little different than most people of this generation. The drive thru was really busy, and I was inside just trying to get a drink and it seriously took about 7 minutes because they only had 3 people working. And then I slid my debit card and the machine didn't say or do anything and the cashier wasn't even at the register anymore and I stood there waiting about 5 minutes to see why the machine wasn't working (everyone was attending to the drive thru) and the employee finally came back to the register and said my payment was approved, but didnt give a receipt anything. Then I ordered a whopper jr. With cheese and it wasn't melted and the whole burger was cold. And finally... When I did use the sophisticated coke machine it was very hard to operate. When I pushed the touch screen I had to hit the buttons over and over again because the machine would not do anything. It was a very frustrating experience, and to mention the 3 employees were making weird, disgusting noises the whole time I was there which was...

I thought it would be nice to treat the family to Burger King for lunch I'm very disappointed the girl couldn't get the order right. Though it was simple, I said 3 Addams family meals, two bacon king meals, a crispy chicken sandwich meal, and one extra fry. She didn't put 3 drinks or 3 fries, only put sandwiches. Then she charged me for two fries so I thought everything was fixed after that and then they didn't put the drinks it was just really frustrating on top of that I checked the orders just to make sure after we filled our drinks before leaving and they didn't give me the extra fry frustrating they need to have someone listening to the customers to tell them what they want and pay attention needless to say I sure won't be back it was a headache we are a family of six.
