I want to state this nicely since I don’t know anyone’s situations and all, but I went down to subway at 4:20 pm, there was a sign on the door that said “back in 10 min” and the door was locked, I wasn’t irritated and was fine with waiting ten min but ended up waiting 25. There’s also the fact the sign could have been up before I got there, I watched multiple people leave because if it. She came back 25 minutes later, I didn’t say anything because it was a possible new shift, or she had an emergency, But when I went to get my sub she was doing mine and the guy’s behind me at the same time, used the same knife with my dressing on his sub, which didn’t affect me but I felt bad considering he may not like that. Went there to get a sandwich for my 98 year old mother. Came all the way home and discovered that I had a sandwich for another customer. She can't eat salami. No problem; these things happen. The manager, Rand, said "Well that's too bad, but it's your problem. I'll need to charge you for a new sandwich, because it will be a new order." Oh really?
