The Doolittle is the only bar I go to in Castro Valley. It's a cute little bar with about a half dozen booths that seat about 6 people. Two high tops that also seat about 6 and about enough room at the bar for maybe 8 to 10. Also presently have an outside tent that could probably fit a dozen or so people (though no one was using it at the time, opting to be inside instead). A selection of about a dozen beers on tap that rotate over the month or so, always something new and different. Also have standard bottled beer, and plenty of liquors. Parking is pretty limited. The decorations are interesting, Pinterest meets rustic Castro Valley flare. TVs can be a bit too much some nights. When the right Bartender is there the music is a key element making this place something else.
