I rarely leave reviews on fast food restaurants. Part of me believes it falls on deaf ears. The other is there is no incentive for them to do better. Their business model isn't effected in either way. They will continue to churn out subpar products at premium cost "for what they are selling".
From the beginning our frazzled cashier was stumped by the request to get a chili cheese burger combo. " We don't sell that." She replied. Okay, I can concur since it isn't physically on the menu. So I order a hungerbuster meal nothing on it and added chili and cheese. Both of course add on options. To the drink portion. I was told there are no medium drink cups I would have to upsize my order. Not more then 5 minutes later, the cashier unwrapped a new roll of medium cups.
Next issue all food came out cold and soggy.
My burger was a beltbuster . Add mayo Add cheese. It came out with 1 patty and no mayo. I clearly saw the cook simply add another patty to my sandwich and sent it back to me in another bag. Missing mayo and cheese on the second patty. Since the best answer I got out the authority figure that could be offered to me was nothing more than " Sorry, the cashier is new." And other Sorry for the messed up burger.
My issue is not the mistake on the burger with the kitchen and the supervisor . The overwhelming failure is that the sandwich was not remade it was duct taped and sent back out. I am sure food safety would dicate a person should not handle a food item handed to them from a customer after it leaves the kitchen. Then take it back to the kitchen and doctor it up. Then waste a new wrapper and bag and send it back out. To make it appear new.
I refuse to belittle a person for mistakes like this. Especially when other patrons are in an earshot. This 100% a management and training issue all around.
I THREW AWAY THE WHOLE $50 ORDER. It was cold and underwhelming. I will not be returning and hope for them...

Horrible attitude over the speaker. I asked her are you good? Bc you sound extremely frustrated. She said well yeah. I cant hear anything you’re saying. She just got more rude as I continued to attempt to place my order. Said she couldn’t hear me even though I was talking as loud as I could. She said it was my car. But I told her I have a 2018 corolla. Barely makes a sound. It was probably the truck behind me. I asked for the manager because her attitude was completely unacceptable and she laughed and said I am the manager. Wouldn’t give me general manger name or number. Nobody answers the phone. Had to go inside to place my order. Short staffed. Line out the door. One cash register open. No ranch dressing at dressing bar. Stood at the dressing bar and waited over 10 minutes for ranch dressing. Food was cold and blizzard was melted by the time they came back to the dressing bar to tell me they were completely out of ranch. Even the packets Absolutely pathetic. Worst experience ever. I asked for a refund on my salad and she said I’d have to wait for the manager Bc she’s extremely busy working the drive they window. I just ate the chicken off my salad since I didn’t have time to wait for the refund. Went to eat my blizzard and only the top quarter was actually blended. The rest was solid white ice cream. I called them back by phone they to 5 min to answer. I explained my order was incomplete so they take my name. They said I can go back anytime and they would GIVE me what was missing FREE. How the hell is that FREE when I already paid and I was shorted with my order not to mention the GAS I wasted. Trusting they would give me something I paid for in advance.
