My husband bought a chainsaw brand new from this store with the warranty for $300+ we took it home and put it in the shed on a shelf and about a month later tried to use it. Would not start or pass fire at all, store said it would take 15 days to even look at it and see what's wrong with it and then would still charge him 100's of $$$ to fix it. Never been used and will not work, also would not let him return...

Great hardware store and knowledgeable staff. I’ve been shopping here for over 2 decades. They always have what you need or can figure a work around. The big box stores are priced just a little lower but shopping here is in and out and saves me time and gas money. So there is no comparison. Thank you for all the support...
