**Update: For some odd reason my dip lifted almost immediately on some nails and by the 2nd day they almost all had missing dip. See photos.

My son plays baseball and I had missed part of his game Wednesday because what I thought would only take an hour took an hour and a half.

Then I had to go back and use more time on Sunday to have them redone differently because obviously whatever they used for dip did not work on my nails.

When I asked for a French instead of the solid color since I couldn’t do dip he said he was going to have to charge me more even thought I already paid $50 for the dipped nails that didn’t stick. So I settled for the solid color and didn’t get what I wanted. He also cut my nail bed when filing with the drill as well and at that point just wanted to get something. When I called to ask for a shellac French I was told $40, which is not equal to what I paid for, so he was not honest nor trying to make up for my bad experience. The shellac polish is also bumpy for some reason and I thought it was the glitter but it is not.

They are very nice here and at first I loved my nails! However, when soaking off, it looked to be MMA. For those that do not know, it is not safe for your nails, I think it actually may be illegal to put on nails… not sure. It’s definitely bad and can cause a lot of damage. My natural nails are soo thin and ruined for a while until they grow out. I hate to leave such a low review but this is people’s safety at risk. I’m not sure if they all use it or it’s just the tech I went to. This is not confirmed by any testing, I’m just going off the way it soaked off and the damage left to my nails. I did have a little damage from nails before from a different salon but my nails were still in much better shape than they are now. Again, they were very nice and welcoming just unfortunately the service/materials...

I am not sure why this business doesn't have FIVE stars. But every time I come to this salon they are friendly and more importantly competent. I have weird toe nails. It is really hard to find someone that knows how to trim and insure the nail will not be ingrown. Let me tell you how painful that can be. Kim is wonderful. I can sit in the chair and watch all the other salon experts do their best. Some ladies always compliment there special nail expert with KUDOS: "oh I love these nails," " you really made my hands look beautiful again," "my toes are happy feet," as for me "thank you so much for making my toes and feet not hurt." Kim is also excellent at doing my eye brows. I have never heard anyone during my salon treatments complain. ...
