Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Castroville

If you want your family to starve try to get food here! Worst place ever ! I usally don't write bad reviews, but this incendent was so damaging I don't want this to happen to anyother family .Never ever will I order from this location. No wonder they have a for hire sign . They don't care if you get your food or you order . They are so quick to charge my nefews card before we got our order. They didn't deliver our food and lied and said they came to our house . Knocked on our door 3 times and noone answered . All of us are home lights would have came on if they showed up. They did not even attempt to come to our door. It is not like we live in a uncommon place . We would have heard our dog bark or niebors dog bark. We get nothing instead we call to find out what is going on with our order. Management and employee tell me that they decided to throw away our 3 pizzas and need to recharge our order again to get our pizzas. That it was our problem. No empathy, not thier problem. Them laughing on the phone,not trying to fix the situation. What is wrong with a human that finds laughter and joy in someones elses misfortune . Wow ,worst customer service and experience I have ever had with a dilevery restaurant. I even offer to drive and pick up our order. I mean go out of my way for a resolution. Instead I was told no. That they want to recharge my nefews card again for a order I didn't receive. Oh and the 1st charge would go back into his card in 6-10 days ."Sure just take more of my money with out no sure promise of receiveing my oder. "NO THANK YOU !" I mean I used to do Favor for extra money . No longer because I am blessed with a great job . Never did I treat my customers like that when I worked for a high esteemed company. If I could rate this location a 0 I would . So we got nothing no dinner after working a long day and my nefew still got charged ,🙃. I highly don't recommend this location . This was not a pleasant experience yesterday. I stopped in because I was under the impression there was a sale, I walked in and there was no signage and no one mentioned the sale. They greeted me but it was very cold and then they just stared at me. Took my order but kept asking if that's it, then didn't take my rewards info. Went back in once I figured it was ready, showed as such on the TV, but again they stood there and just stared. Finally I asked for help since they didn't and they looked but couldn't seem to find it. It was 1 medium. The cashier came up to the tv screen to look if it was ready then walked back to look again.

I could get it if I came when it was slammed but it was empty and they had an INSANE...

I'm not sure what's going on with this location but $50 for 4 med pepp pies is outrageous. When I asked the young man that the price was in correct he looked puzzled as to what I meant, maybe his first week at the job or something but management needs to step up and place there aces in places or be more efficient in training their employees I did drive away leaving behind 4 pepp pies not only did they lose out on $25 sale but took a loss on the product that was used to make my order when all this young man had to do was go back in and void the initial ticket and reorder my meal plan and...
