Sadly my experience with this restaurant at this address was bad. We were a party of 3 and the lady took our order 15 minutes later, then she brought 2 of the three meals... It took more than 25 minutes to bring boneless wings in BBQ sauce and another order of regular wings with BBQ sauce as well. I got really uncomfortable because it's odd to wait for your only one course of boneless chicken wings and the others having their meals for more than 20 minutes... And the worst part was that 3 of the regular wings were uncooked... And that's really dangerous because bacterias and salmonella... At this point I was really upset and I was trying to just pass the time to leave but the lady who was attending our table never said any apology for waiting so long for the wings and she was like smiling and I said... Enough! I told her I was really disappointed for all written above and I just skipped the moment when an elderly couple get to them and the man told them that they can keep the hamburguers because they have been waiting for a long time and the burgers were there without nobody noticing this fact... For me was a really bad experience later when the manager started with an attitude on this like telling the lady don't charge them the meals just the drinks... At the end, we paid just for the drinks but the manager was so rude that he asked to give them the plates in a rude manner... He never said sorry and neither goodbye... We work so hard to earn our money to enjoy a meal... And it was a bad luck for us to visit for the first time this location and have had this unhappy and humiliating experience like if it was our fault to order. If they don't want to work attending customers they don't have to, hire somebody else able to solve problems and be at least proactive in change to positive a negative experience... I am so dissatisfied with Denny's in general because the time that you have to wait for being served always took more than 5-10 min... I would prefer to choose any other similar restaurant than this restaurant chain, the next time. Read moreDisheartening and disappointing we frequent this Denny’s with family and friends often and this was the first time we had ever received horrible food and customer service. Ordered the Superbird, Bacon Avocado Hamburger, and the new Brisket Sandwich. The Superbird had only two slices of meat did not look like the picture in the menu and the bacon was burnt. The Brisket sandwich looked as if the meat was sprinkled on the bread. Fries and onion rings were cold. The waitress never came back to refill drinks and when we were able to catch her she took quit some time to refill just one drink instead of all of them. When I asked the waitress why are our food didn’t come or look like the picture on the menu she could not tell me why. I asked for the Restaurant Manager, Amanda was the name gave me she came by to tell me it would cost extra for more than two slices of meat and the restaurant owner is rationing the food, and that the dayshift is making the food incorrectly and that is why the food looks like the picture during the day. I was baffled. Throughout the time of sitting there the Restaurant Manager would be talking loud while she was cooking, telling our waitress “Hey the avocado burger is ready but not the bacon well it is there is one ready do what to take it out still”. Like come on where is the decency? Read moreAbout 3 days ago i dined at this location for the very first time. I truly have to confess that i didn't see what was coming. The waiter's that took care of us were warm, friendly and very timely with the handling of our order. The food was well prepared and delicious. The prices were reasonable and the establishment was clean and comfortable. The added bonus that really moved me to definitely come on here and leave my review was the fact that while we were waiting for our food, a very nice gentleman and his daughter approached the table and introduced himself as the owner. His name is Greg, and he was doing everything that a good owner should do by greeting your patrons with a warm friendly demeanor that is sincere. He asked us a few quick questions and basically conveyed to us that there was going to be an overall improvement concerning that operation. I have no doubt that's exactly what will happen. I have tremendous respect for professionalism, and Greg YOU exemplify that. It was truly an unexpected pleasure dining in your restaurant and meeting you. Going the distance to connect with your customers is an important ingredient for success. Thanks for doing what you did by making such a positive and lasting impression that EXCEEDED my expectations.
