Absolutely amazing experience! We looked this place up because we were staying at a nearby campground and I am so happy we did. The food was great and the service and hospitality were PHENOMENAL. We walked in and immediately were greeted by "welcome in guys make yourselves at home" and it was just such a pleasant way to be greeted. Our waitress was amazing and was the reason the experience was so great. The food was seriously so good especially after eating just camp food for days on end and I 100% recommend their loaded potato salad and the chicken nachos I got. My nephews were obsessed with the claw machine there and our waitress was so sweet and cheered them on, it made them so happy. We left with our hearts and stomachs full. As I am a connoisseur of hotdogs I found this place to be exceptional many ways. Firstly the hotdogs are all natural there are no fillers nitrates or any other ingredients that are not natural and they are homemade from a German recipe and they are digitally steamed on a fresh bun I have not found any hot dogs like this commercially before you know all my travels. Hidden gem in Cave City. My daughter and I stopped here for lunch, as it is conveniently located across the street from Dinosaur World.
I ordered the Maddie Dog & Cowboy Beans, and my daughter got the Nacho Mac n Cheese and Loaded Salad.
Our server was so polite, attentive, and made us feel comfortable to take our time, which as a mom I appreciated a lot. She even brought my daughter extra ranch, which was a nice touch.
The chili on the Maddie Dog was incredible, and easily the best chili dog in Kentucky. The nacho Mac n Cheese was a little spicy for my daughter, but I personally loved it. The Cowboy Beans had peppers and onions and a nice sweet and smoky flavor. The Loaded Salad was a HUGE portion!
The value was another bonus, they could have charged more but we appreciated the more-than-fair prices.
