Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cave City

Good restaurant at a good location, although slower service and a bit too greasy food.

Pros: • Good location • Updated to standard Pizza Hut restaurants

Cons: • Smaller than most Pizza Hut's • Slow Service (however was on Sunday at lunch time) • Waiters didn't refill drinks, instead set pitchers down • Food more greasy than most Pizza Hut's • TVs were on TV Land shows and violent movies rather than sports channel (football season had already started)

I wouldn't recommend anyone coming in to sit down and eat at this restaurant, and almost wouldn't recommend ordering out unless you either enjoy greasy pizza or pat dry before eating.

The amount of grease was a bit overbearing but I enjoyed it for the most part (got stuffed crust cheese pizza. My main dislike was the fact that a pitcher of water was set in the middle of the table. As a family of 5 toddlers, I would have rather had it served since there were waiters.

I couldn't believe I had to endure looking at the TV to see Golden Girls on, and to look behind me to see a violent shooter movie. I felt a little annoyed and didn't like that my children could watch it. I don't know if someone requested it or what but if so there are more than two people eating there. A sport would've been great (since most restaurants do this on Sundays, and other Pizza Hut's did actually have sports).

Service was friendly mostly although slow. I believe we rated a good 45 minutes for our one pizza and few breadsticks. At least it was fresh although extremely hot. The amount of grease dripping off the pizzas was a bit too much for me, but patting and letting the grease drip off made things a little better.

I don't plan on coming back again, maybe ordering out but that's about it. If you like pizza Hut to the point where you don't care, I guess this place is okay for you, if you also like watching...

I travel A LOT! (I spend more time traveling than at home.) And I eat pizza ALL THE TIME! Like 1-2x a week. I go to all kinds of pizza places, a new one almost every time. Corporate, small Mom and Pop, small chains. Whatever I pass/near. I've successfully steered away from PH on purpose for YEARS because truly, everyone out pizzas The Hut. I used to work there when I was younger, and quit because they half a** everything. (True story. Just to prove it, do you see a single response to any review?) #1 I get some red hot pepper that's not the jalapeno I ordered. (Still not sure what pepper I actually got.) #2 I have a special request (I literally ask for every single time I order pizza). Every pizza place, no matter how busy they are, are happy to oblige. PH was happy to completely ignore it (with 1 car in the parking lot). #3 My "thin and crispy" came "thin and soggy". #4 I got half the toppings, that literally every other place I've gone to gives. #5 It's worth mentioning the cheap frozen dough they use. My spouse even asked how I could bring this home. I just looked at my spouse (my exact words), "This is exactly why I don't ever go to PH. But every other pizza place was no less than 2.5x father. I'm embarrassed too. Can we just pretend this never happened?" This will absolutely be my last time at...

We called and ordered a personal pan pizza(got a large), ordered a medium with 6 toppings got 5, ordered garlic cheese bread and got cheese sticks. When I called the very nice young lady placed some rude and snotty male on the phone which virtually told me I was lying about the order being screwed up, because he made it. I told him we will be bringing the whole order back and want a refund, For him to treat my friend the way he did is very unprofessional, the comments he made as she walked out the door was rude and unprofessional, But the funniest thing was there was a lady sitting there waiting for a large pepperoni, guess what we got her large pepperoni pizza when we ordered a personal... The only good thing I can say is I thank them for being the worst or I wouldnt have found the Best Mexican restaurant named El Acapulco... The best and would recommend them over this poorly ran rude pizza hut. And if I could give zero stars I sure would..Ill be contacting...
