KFC — Restaurant in Cave City

Absolutely disappointed. Lady's name is Patel. Horrible service. Once I arrived at the drive through she said what can I get you and before I could answer she started to say hello several times. I had to raise my voice in order for Patel to hear me. I gave my order went to the window she walked up turned around to face away from the window stayed like that for a minute and a half. Finally turned around never really giving the price and said can I have your card. Then proceeded to ask me if I wanted more food I prompted no. She gave an annoyed impression. Keeping my card for 3 to 4 minutes then telling me my card didn't. When asking asking her if she tried to swipe it she dmsaid I tried 100 times and it didn't work. Acting annoyed. I informed her I have tap on my phone she tried it saying it didn't work either stating I had to reactivate the card to tap. I told them it still have 30 seconds on it. The asked the manager to come over. Once he did I informed him he took my phone face down to the tap machine and said it didn't work. I told him and showed him on the screen when it said to set it to the back on the phone to the tap I order for it to work. Once he did that it worked. I dont understand why they couldn't bring the tap machine closer so they didn't have to touch my phone.

The establishment seems to not train the employees at all. And they have no customer service at all. This is one of the most disrespectful places I've been to. This is my first review I've ever to done. Normally when going to places it isnt this hard to have to get chicken and sides. They also shorted me 2 biscuits. I dont even want to go back and get then for how rude and unorganized they are.

I placed an order in DT and was informed it would take 25 mins to which I agreed to wait. My 25 min wait turned into 40, when I received my order two breast were missing, the mac was missing and no plates were given. I also could tell that the chicken at the bottom of the bucket was placed there when the order was first placed, needless to say it was cold. When I went in to complain I was faced with employees that didn't seem to want to help. This only added to my frustration, so by the time the manager got involved and I was trying to pull 14 pieces of chicken out of this bucket that should have never been forced into in the first place. Some chicken skin was landing on the counter top to which a employee rudely said I am not cleaning that up. At the third time of listening to her whiny about the counter top I said it really isn't that big of a deal you just take a cloth over it and clean it. To which another employee said yeah it is, we just cleaned it. I replied if I hadn't waited 40 mins and my order was not messed up I wouldn't be in here. She then said she was going to clock out to come tell me what she thinks. I said well clocked in or out doesn't matter you still face trouble. She said she didn't care, I said neither do I and I really don't care to hear what you have to say. The manager just kept petting her and going oh now. Will never go back! Ordered the c strip meal, was told at the window the price was higher for c strips then reg chicken. Order was wrong, received different sides than what was ordered. Didn’t get the dipping sauce for the chicken strips received a macaroni and cheese instead of coleslaw called the restaurant an hour after getting home, couldn’t get through any sooner because the fax machine was on and no one would answer. When the manager finally answered, she said I could come back tonight and get the correct sides or she could write my name down and give me the correct sides next time I come through. Gee that’s a huge help. The price was outrageous over $35 for eight chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese and four biscuits with no butter or anything else for the biscuits. Thought I was out of line for not wanting to come back tonight and replace the items that they messed up to begin with, but they would give them to me for free. Right??! SMDH! That place is a joke!!
