While traveling, a group of 4 of us stopped for dinner on 7/28/24 at around 7:30 pm. 1 of our 4 drinks was incorrect (we ordered 2 Dr. Peppers and 2 root beers). When we notified the girl working at the drive-thru window that we didn't receive 2 root beers, she said, argumentatively, "it was there." We replied that there was 4 drinks, but there 3 of them were Dr. Pepper and only 1 was a root beer. The young girl gave us a mean stare and stated, "fine, but I'm not allowed to take items back through the window." She closed the window and proceeded to get the other root beer. The same girl handed us our food, without offering anything else, or even a thank you, have a nice day, etc. but instead with a mean stare (RBF) and silence. She closed the window. We checked our food and realized that no condiments were in the bag. We waited for the girl to reopen the window after she saw that we were still parked at the window looking toward her. Minutes passed. She did not reopen the window until we honked the horn and waved our hands at her. We requested the desired condiments. The girl again gave us a mean glare, appearing as if she was angry at us for requesting condiments for our paid for food! She huffed and stomped away from the window to get the condiments. She "sternly" handed our driver the condiments, again with the same mean looking glare and without saying a word. This young lady treated us as if we inconvenienced her by just being customers. Disturbed by the lack of courteous customer service we received, I asked the young lady, whom was not wearing a name tag, what her name was as I planned to report her to her manager. She smirked and replied, "I'm not allowed to give out personal information." I told the girl that she "needed to work on her customer service." We began to drive away, and the girl then smiled (finally) while giving us the middle finger! Unbelievable! The food was decent, but we regretted spending our money at this establishment due to the way we...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRun from this place!! We decided to take our family here since we were staying at a hotel near by for a weekend vacation. As soon as we walked in they informed us that they only have one cook and one dish cleaner and it will be a longggg time to get our food. Then once we decided to stay to eat since it was getting late they told us to only sit on the A & W side and not the Long John Silvers side which was odd. There were no straws and the restaurant was dirty. We got our food within 8 minutes so not sure what the cashier meant about a long wait. Seems to be they didnāt want to work and scare paying customers away. Then it gets better!!! In front of the ENTIRE restaurant with a handful of customers sitting in eating. The manager comes out yelling who ever is smoking marijuana outside she is calling the cops. She then tells us that she has 5 felony charges and is a recovering addict and has been clean for 3 years. The managers daughter and her friends all work there and were hanging outside in the parking lot next to a SUV. They weee slamming doors and yelling as well. I have never seen such drama and chaos in my life. This was all done in front of my three small children. My children were asking me what a felony was and a drug addiction as well. I really hope corporate sees this review and fires the felon immediately. She was telling the customers she was calling the cops and pulling video footage . No one was smoking marijuana unless it was one of their employees. This place needs to be...
