Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Cave City

I went through the drive through and ordered a burger fully dressed, the young lady taking my order asked if I still wanted mustard on my sandwich and I said yes, but I want extra pickle. When I got my sandwich it was sopping wet with mustard. I went inside and politely asked for light mustard bc I couldn’t eat it. The young lady said ofc. She took it back and I could hear them cussing me bc apparently I ordered extra mustard. So they just put the same sandwich in a new wrap and handed it back to me. I opened it up and showed them the same sandwhich said plz remake it I wanted extra pickle not extra mustard. So Shelly, the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever met, continued to cuss me not thinking I could hear it. I got my sandwich back but the way they were acting o was afraid they spit in it. So I went outside and called the store and asked for a number to make a complaint and explained I heard everything they said. She wouldn’t let me speak on the phone and continued to say nasty things. And I’m not gonna lie I said some things too only bc I wasn’t the one at fault. I was refused the number bc Shelly already said her side of the story and I guess to her that’s all that mattered. My boyfriend went in and got me a refund ofc she wasn’t going to do it bc I never received a receipt so he showed the transaction on my banking app, and was told to never come back. I’m a manager at a fastfood restaurant and if she was on my team, she wouldn’t last long. So if you don’t want methheads spitting in your food...

They were not very excited. Looked like all,3 just got up out of bed. No uniforms. Tshirts and yoga pants. One girks pants went to knees. Which wasnt a problem for me really but it seemed odd to not have unifirms and being so casual dressed. Im not tryi g to be mean but theor appearance is the first thing i noticed. Like they slept in and had to get out of bed and run to work in the clothes they fell asleep in and didnt have time to wash hair. It just looked bad. Unfortunately. But the hanging on the microphone like it was keeping uo the girls head. Cause it was too hard to stand there. She wasnt friendly. I asked for coffee. She said they have to make so.e it will take a couole min i was like ok... But it was so weak i didnt even drink it. Like dark water. I was bumming! I was so sleepy, It was bad. I didnt order anything else. My aunt gave my dog a piece of her chicken and she vomited on the sidewalk. That dog eats horse poop on the farm and God only knows what else. So not sure why she got sick off their chicken but i wont be stopping thr no more. And yes i cleaned it up. I was gagging the whole time but i got it cleaned. I have to give a big thumbs down...

There was a bit of a wait to be serviced, but not too big of a deal as they appeared understaffed. However, the food was definitely the worst fast food I’ve had in a long time. My cherry limeade tasted as if the machine hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. It had a musty/dirty taste and after a few sips I wasn’t able to drink any more. I also ordered the BLT Toaster; it didn’t have any mayo on it and the tomatoes tasted a bit off as if they were going bad. We were already on the road when I noticed these things so it was too late to try to amend them at the location. Overall this was a pretty disappointing experience that left me...
