Stopped by to order food and asked multiple times for no onions and no mayo. Was asked to pull forward even though no one was behind me. Got home and both sandwiches had extra mayo and onions. I decided $30 was worth going back about so as I headed back at 9 pm to make the 15 min trip in one direction I called the store to let them know I was otw and perhaps could they start remaking the order so I wouldn't have to wait longer. No apology and I was told I would have to wait until I got there. Understandable I guess. So I went to the drive thru where I had originally ordered. The employee who I had dealt with the whole experience said I would have to come inside to show them the food. I wasn't dressed to come inside. I literally ran out of the house with no bra and slippers bc I hadn't intended on venturing back out. At this point I was done so I pulled back around the drive thru to tell him to just refund the card and explained I wasn't dressed to come inside. He's giggling into the mic as he tells me I have to come inside to get a refund. So I take the food and go inside. Both employees stand there looking at me like I'm bothering them and no one says anything. So I'm frustrated and I said can someone please come take this food and refund my card. I don't have time for all this. The second employee who was unaware of anything that had happened seemed like I was being absurd. So I apologized to him for my attitude and explained why I was as upset. There was no reason for me to have to come inside. I was extremely uncomfortable and I'm not sure why I had to go through all that when it was their mistake and I was the one being inconvenienced. I'll never put myself through that again. No apology, no remorse. I threw the food in the trash as I was dismissively...
Read moreWe placed an online order for a total of four sandwiches and three bags of chips. One of the sandwiches was incorrectly made but was correct on the receipt. All three bags of chips were missing from the sealed bag. When I entered the store, the female at the desk did not greet me in any manner. I picked up the bag assuming it was a complete order since it was sealed and in the pick up area. When I got home, I discovered the items were missing. I immediately contacted the store via phone. No one answered until the fifth try. A female answered, and I’m assuming she was the same person in the store. I did not see another person when I was there. The female stated, oh yes I meant to tell you to get your chips. The phone was abruptly ended when she said do you want to come back to get them tomorrow. I said no. I would just prefer a refund. She hung up. No thank you or goodbye or I’m sorry. I would have more understanding of the issue if it were busy. However she was leaning across the counter and appeared to be on a cell phone when I was there. This store is located very close to my neighborhood and I was excited to see the business come to the area. Sadly, the entire experience does not meet even the minimal expectations. I will only be returning to get the refund of the missing items. I understand the work force is limited and consumers can be difficult. I usually set my expectations low so I can be pleasantly surprised with good service. There was no excuse for this...
Read moreToday I went to this firehouse for lunch. I always order fast food online so I did like I normally do. I went to pick it up saw my name grabbed it and headed back to work to eat. I open my sandwich box and realize my order is wrong so I head back to the store to hopefully get it fixed. As I come up to the register(with a smile on my face I might add) I explain this wasn’t what I ordered. 3 employees(women) try telling me that’s just what comes on the sandwich I explain that I know that but I asked for none of it to come on mine. After going back and forth continuing to tell me that’s what I ordered my receipt finally pulls up.(The firehouse app is awful) I show them that wasn’t what I ordered and they finally believe me. They proceed to ask what the name under the order was. I tell them and apparently there were two people with the same name who ordered around the same time. Meaning there were two orders with the same name on the pick up shelf. I proceed to apologize for inconveniencing them which I quickly regretted. 2 of the women walked away as the final women said “MHMM” with a terribly rude look on her face. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any restaurant and I will definitely...
