This was my second visit to this shop. The first visit went well and my braids were beautiful and professionally done by Myshalik. The second appointment also done by her was very unprofessional with her leaving to pick up hair 5 minutes before my appointment time. Which turned out to be the wrong hair. She used profanity the entire time while watching a movie that clearly wasn’t for all audiences; Repeatedly answered text messages and phone calls while butchering my box braids; The braids were different sizes, different lengths and stiff. I told her I didn’t like it after seeing it She didn’t even offer to make it right. She said they didn’t have the hair she used the first time so instead of rescheduling my appointment she braided my hair anyway with the wrong hair which I removed as soon as I got home because it was so embarrassing.
