I am a dasher and I received my order and picked it up at McDonald's in the early morning hours of April 28th. 1026W 200N, Cedar City, UT 84720. They told me to drive until I parked in the front because my order had cookies in it so they said it would take longer, which I did. Then the car behind me honked at me after getting my meal and the employee probed again very impatiently telling me to park on the left and stay out of the way. But I didn't see a place to park until I got to the end of the drive and there was only a vacancy in the little corner at the end of this one way driveway,. I had to return to Drive thought again. the night was very busy and it took me another 30 minutes to pick up my meal. I asked the employee, the car in front of me didn't have his meal ready either,, why didn't you let him pull forward? She told me your cookie was just right. May I ask what kind of cookies take 40 minutes to make? Why lie. An hour later I got delivery order again at McDonald's and by this time it was 1:30am. drive through I was the only one and there was not even a car behind me. They asked me to pull forward and I questioned why I had to do that even though there was no car behind me. The manager came out and told me I had to, that they were doing business and they wouldn't give me food if I didn't, and then told me to go home if I didn't understand English. I felt a deep sense of malice and even racism, they closed the window and refused to talk. I had no choice but to pull forward again and was ready to pull in ahead of time knowing ahead of time that there was a small corner on the left in front of me, then I got out of the car to check it out and I realized that there were faded yellow lines on the ground. Then the manager came out and took my order and gave it to me and taunted me by saying, “You can't be a good delivery person, don't do it next time”. First of all the whole Drive through is a one way street, not very wide and doesn't look like a two lane road at all. The lines on the ground were also faded and impossible to see at night, the employee from start to finish refused to come out and give me directions at my request and yelled at me when he realized I was blocking the lane. Told me to please go home if I didn't understand English after seeing the color of my skin. When I suggested to the manager that the yellow lines on the floor were faded and hard to see at night, she told me I couldn't do my job as a delivery person next time. I really like McDonald's and really can't understand why you guys hire employees and...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped here on our way from Colorado to Arizona. It was seriously about the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's.
We placed our order at the touchscreen. It told us to take a table flag, and our order would be brought to us. It was not brought out, they just called our number. When my husband went to get it, the only thing in the bag was a double cheeseburger, which neither of us had ordered. None of our actual order was in the bag. He told the young man who was filling bags, and came back to sit down. A few minutes later, the manager called our number again. She tried to hand him the same bag as before with the double cheeseburger. My husband told her that that was not our order. She argued with him that yes, it was, because that was our number. It took three tries, and showing her the receipt to get her to stop arguing that the contents of that bag were not what we had ordered.
A few minutes later, the young man brought a bag to our table. The two burgers we had ordered were in the bag, but there were no fries, and he hadn't brought our drink cups.
Once we finally got our food, the fries were cold, and the burgers looked like they'd been assembled by a gorilla missing half his fingers.
All in all, it was not a pleasant lunch, and whoever owns this location really needs to retrain or replace their...
Read moreIn general, this franchise is poorly run, with employees that just don't seem to care. Usually, this is a reflection of ownership and management in general. Service is inconsistent. Now and then, you get what you order, but generally, I do not care for their overall attitudes and service. I doubt the owners care, because they simply do not fix problems.
EDIT UPDATE 2020.02.19: So, after a year, i decided to give them a go again and I got more of the same. Read the other comments and you will see there is a massive problem at THIS mcdonald's. I ordered a double cheeseburger, fries, and hot fudge sundae. Pulled out onto road and immediately went into my bag.....burger was COLD, bun was hard. It's almost like they dug one out of the trash for me. the fries were hot and good. The hot fudge sundae had very little hot fudge on it. So, I took the survey on the receipt and notified them of the problems and I got a canned response from their "customer service" rep. It appears, that NOBODY at this business understands how to make good on a problem. Read the other comments. I'm not the only one. It is clear that this McDonalds simply doesn't care about you or your satisfaction. I have posted a screen shot of the letter I got from the CSR, in which she offers...
