Dec 2024... new owners. Still not taking coupons nor allowing to use deals/coupons on the app. Still not honoring the customer when a mistake is made on THEIR end. When forced to use this store, I've been using credits and rewards from purchases made at other stores. Ridiculous the games I have to play at this location to get the respect I automatically get at stores with different owners.
This Subway has GREAT service! I love the ladies that work days in particular. I am very disappointed that they have milked the COVID excuse, or whatever excuse they are currently using, to not accept coupons for as long as they have. Lots of other SUBWAYS in local towns accept coupons and have less business than the Lowell stores. Their businesses seem to be doing well. Don't tell me the busy Lowell store cannot do the same. Read moreWe've visited this location a couple of times and have enjoyed our visits. Food has been good and service is friendly. They seem to keep up on the cleaning here. The only thing I did not like was we do online ordering so we can get in and out. They have a spot where they are supposed to put your order when it's ready, but they always just leave it behind the counter. However I went in excited to use a coupon they refuse to except now and will continue to be this way for the foreseeable future.. So I left… Subway has always been the most expensive sub option in town and not being willing to take a coupon to save loyal customers a few bucks here and there is a shame.. I’ll start using Casey’s the sub shop in town or Quiznos just a few min up the road… great ppl that work here...
