Milkbox Bakery — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

I believe this place has silently closed permanently. I moved to the area on 11/1/21 never experienced it since I never saw this place open. Their last FB activity dates back to fall of 2022 with only providing deliveries & Google has had it listed as "temporarily" closed. Went by today (7/11/23) to see if there was any current status updates and there was a pink notice on the front door from CFU stating utilities being shutdown due to outstanding debt, which makes me suspect its become abandoned on top of the fact when peering into the windows its vacant with no decor and shelving carts lined up...

First off when I did a Google search and this Bakery came up with a old address. They could easily change that through Google so it was very annoying. When I did some investigating and finally found their new address only to go in and then not have any thing except two kinds of cookies. Their pastry chef was out with an injury. Milkbox sells truly unbelievable breads and pastries made by the baker and owner, Andrea. Everything is made with fresh, local ingredients and a lot of butter.
