My experience with this new manager "Jose" has been awful. I'm confused as to why a manager would refuse to give me a refund and fix a mistake that he made. I called to place an order, told him the coupon I wanted, and he was rushing the whole conversation. I had to stop him from rushing me off the phone just to tell him what flavor soda I wanted. The delivery driver handed me the wrong order. When I called back to complain the new manager Jose said we can keep the order or get a new one sent. The food had ingredients that some people were allergic to, or we would've happily kept the food. When we said we will wait he said just give back the incorrect food to the driver. The driver called me and I told him to come to the back door since it's a two family house. He never came. We called the restaurant back to complain and we just wanted our money back at that point. Jose said he needs to ask us questions before he can do so. When I told him our address, he said we'll that's not what was said when the order was placed. He said my driver left the food outside so go look for your food at your neighbors house. That is ABSOULTEY OUTRAGEOUS. Not ONCE did he even apologies for the mix up. I come from the food industry and NEVER EVER have I heard someone say something so rude to someone. First thing I was thinking is, why is your driver leaving food outside in the middle of winter? I didn't request you to drop the order off or I'd understand. Secondly, you guys made a mistake and you just drop food off at doors instead of personally handing it to apologies? That's your way of saying sorry??? In the end Jose the manager said the only way we can get a refund is to report this to our bank. So it looks like now i will have to report this to my bank to receive my money back for an order I NEVER received. This place use to be so nice. Great staff and let me tell you this is the first time I've dealt with Jose the manager and I'm absolutely not coming back. Hopefully you guys can find an actual manager before you guys end up shutting down.

Read moreI USED TO WORK FOR DOMINO'S, SHUT THIS ONE DOWN I have ordered from this place over 10 times in the year and a half I've lived within its delivery map. I have lived around and ordered from many different Domino's in my life. I've even worked at a couple and managed one. This is the worst Domino's ever. The drivers aren't too bad, a lot of them actually keep sauces in their car during work. The kitchen? Worst I've seen throughout all the food places I've worked for. I've ordered almost the same exact thing every time with some minor alterations here and there. One or two pans with one or two cheesy breads with sauces. I've NEVER gotten a pan that was sauced and cheesed properly, and I've NEVER received the sauces I've paid for. I've always been given whatever the driver had on them, which was never one of the sauces I've ordered. I'm not much of a complainer, but when it's been over 10 times, I think something needs to be said. Again, I've ordered from and WORKED for different Domino's, I know what the company and some franchises want from management. This location meets the requirements of a shop that is on its last week of being open before it's shut down, and everyone inside knows it and acts like it. If I were the franchise owner, I'd look into new employees. If it's a corporate location, I'd be embarrassed. Someone look into this embarrassment of a Domino's.

I picked up the pizza with my 3 year old daughter and when we got back home ready to eat, it was a wrong pizza. I called the store and spoke to the manager. His response shocked me. First he asked me to come and get the right pizza for the mistake they have made. I explained I will not be able to come that its already 9 pm, my daughter's sleep time and have to stay home. He said he cannot do free delivery and will charge me regular delivery fee if they deliver. I was like, what kind of customer service is this? There is no effort from the manager to make it up for their mistake. Cedar Grove is one of the best town and haven't experienced worst experience like this in this town ever before. To top it all, the manger insisted me to bring back the wrong pizza that I have already touched to exchange for a correct one. Go figure. I order pizza most Friday and sometimes I notice small mistakes when I order from this store like some topping missing, pizza is very dry etc but I let them slide to give them a chance but not anymore. The problem is not the wrong pizza but how the store manager responded to the situation. I will take my business elsewhere. I will also urge others to stay away from this store. No one deserves to have worst customer experience....
