Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cedar Grove

Literally the worst DD I’ve ever been too. Absolutely hopeless. Would leave 0 stars if possible. They deserve a negative review. Because just ONE of our items was not available they left us waiting over 20 minutes for curb-side. When we went in, they shrugged and didn’t have much of a clue, they had decided to make some of the order, let it go cold (!) and not even bother to bring it or even have the courtesy to tell us! Kept us waiting a FURTHER 20-30 minutes in the store (were we didn’t want to be, the point of curb-side) as people were not wearing masks and some of the staff were not able to wear them properly either it seemed, while several stuff bumbled about and claimed not to know how to even then do a basic refund. Also asked us to go home and get our bank card at one point, we were not near home... the whole thing was a total farce, we just wanted a coffee and this place couldn’t even get that right. Really really poor. 50 minutes wasted, couldn’t get anything right, not even the coffee, or service, or show any competence to operate a simple refund. Shocking. Really shocking. This Dunkin' is awful.

I have ordered On-The-Go orders 7 times from here. 5 of those were not ready when I got there and I had to tell the workers what I ordered and what my name was for them to make my drink while I waited. Then I have been given the wrong drink (ordered a Frozen Chocolate, instead for a Mocha Latte)

1 of those orders I ordered at 9:51 PM on 06/22/19 and I drove there to pick up the order and it was closed.... Lights off, sign light off, closed entirely. I believe this is a 24hr Dunkin' so that upset me as now I was out $3 for no reason.

The other 1 time, I arrived there to pick up my order. There was no one in the store, I stood in the front for a minute thinking that they could be in the bathroom. I said 'hello' loudly and then someone came out from the back on their phone and said 'oh hi' and then made my order without saying anything else to me.

I went to this Dunkin’ around 3pm and asked for a medium iced coffee. My friend then pointed out the half torn and bent paper sign that said any size iced coffee $2 between 2-6pm (maybe 2-4pm). I asked INDRA, if I could switch to a large instead. At that point he had only written on the medium cup not filled it and I had not paid yet. He then said you should’ve read now I’m going to waste a cup in a very aggressive tone. I apologized. He did give me the large but told me it’s my job to read. Very rude and disrespectful.
