I cannot say enough amazing things about Junbi and its incredible owner and manager Kelly. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the love, care, and passion she has poured into every inch of this beautiful new space.

Kelly is truly one of the sweetest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. Her warmth and kindness are just as refreshing as the drinks she serves. You can tell she has put her whole heart into making Junbi a place that not only serves amazing matcha but also brings people together.

Now let’s talk about the drinks because wow. The Madagascar Vanilla Matcha is absolute perfection: smooth, lightly sweet, and packed with premium matcha flavor. The Chrysanthemum drink is a total game changer. It’s floral, light, and unlike anything else in Austin. You can tell every drink is crafted with intention and high-quality ingredients.

I literally drove 35 minutes out of my way just to come here. That’s how worth it this place is.

I’ve seen a few reviews giving lower ratings just because they don’t serve traditional milk tea, but that honestly isn’t fair. It’s very clear that Junbi is a matcha-focused shop, and they absolutely shine in what they do. If you’re expecting a typical boba place, this may not be it, but if you’re open to something elevated and thoughtfully made, you’ll be so glad you came.

Came for the grand opening. Overall great place and I'll be coming again. Reminds me a lot of Teaspoon in California and I think they can get there quickly.

I bought two drinks - the mango matcha latte and the strawberry matcha latte

Strawberry matcha: 4.5/5, a tad bit watery if I'm picky. Matcha is legit though. Boba : 6/5, excellent texture and perfect QQ. They know what they're doing and only a couple other places in greater Austin do.

Mango matcha : 3/5, it was way less sweet than my strawberry drink that I ordered at the same level. They may need to adjust levels between drinks.

Service was nice, drinks were made quickly given the huge line meaning management trained and prepared well for the first day. I hope they don't get too affected by the global matcha shortage going on. Excited for a solid boba place...

i’ve been here so many times with my friends and family but today i called to order online and they said i could order online and pick up so i was fine with that, but when i went to their website i didn’t see the Cedar Park, TX location and i called them twice and they didn’t answer. I decided to go to the store because i really wanted matcha today. they open at 11am and when i got there at 11am the door was still locked, a girl inside signaled that they weren’t open yet even though it was already 11am and they said they open at 11am. it’s honestly super inconvenient because a lot of stores now open 10–15 minutes early or at least take pick up calls. even when I got there exactly at their opening time they still didn’t...
