Nate the so called manager was using Javier’s logins at the register so people couldn’t see his real name on the receipt. My order he let me know the biscuits were missing from every order because they were still in the oven and I could wait or not have one at all, but still pay full price for a meal that was supposed to include one. I asked him several times what substitutions he could do for the biscuit and he refused several other people in the drive-through lane did not understand why he was being so rude and unaccommodating to customers in line Once I got to the front of the register to pay I could also see several angry customers inside who were obviously not happy with his customer service as well. The person behind me in the drive-through called him several names and told me not to worry about it just to wait and that he wasn’t in any hurry. If he could reduce the price for the missing biscuit, he said that’s not how it works when I asked if he could substitute a handful of fries for my daughter instead of the biscuit again said that is not how this works and was extremely rude the entire time I will not be coming back to this KFC and HIGHLY recommend Driving to a further location until the real manager. Javier gets his people under control.

7/22 I came in to speak with Javier to find Corina the shift lead. I explained everything that happened with Nate, how he was speaking to me, how he assumed I didn’t speak Spanish, and was just incessantly rude to all the customers on Friday night. The first time I went , as well as the second time were both a disappointment due to they no longer have an available fried chicken , but rather the person Operator of the drive-thru was forcing me to have a sandwich chicken because that is all they have left, and others except no more bucket of chicken whatsoever. My third time, is the same response. No more chicken. We only have a sandwich chicken. Either they ran out or do not want to serve it. Why? Read more12/20/2022 1pm. My daughter and I went into the restaurant today to order because we were going to eat inside. It was 48 degrees outside. It felt colder inside. I think this is on purpose so you won't eat in the restaurant. The man who took our order was not rude, but he wasn't friendly. We got our cups and drinks, but there were no lids. I went to the counter and the young man from the back was there with our food. I started to ask him for a lid and he interrupted me and asked if this was my food. I said yes and took it, then asked again for a lid. He completely ignored me and walked away. The older guy with the beard was acting like he was super busy, but eventually came and gave me a lid. They weren't that busy. There was one other lady in the lobby waiting for her food and us. Maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. I've worked in the restaurant business many years. I understand it's hard work and I'm always super friendly and respectful. I made sure to tell him thank you and have a nice day. We ended up eating in the car. My chicken was dry, mashed potatoes dry, biscuit raw in the middle. The young man in back was blatantly rude for no reason. If they're so unhappy working there why don't they work somewhere else. I don't expect them to roll out the red carpet, but common courtesy and respect go a long way. Your business is to sell food so you can make money.
