Sorry very long review...Thought I would try them again after 3 years. My mistake! Very poor customer service!! They overcharged us $7 which we didn't realize till we got the receipt. We only received our sandwiches and not our fries. My husband had started to pull away when we realize this and couldn't back up because there was somebody behind us. As you know the dining room's closed right now so we went back around in the Drive-Thru (which was a 10 minute wait) Got to the window again and my husband mentioned we didn't get our fries and we were overcharged $7. The woman said I asked you originally if you wanted large fries. My husband had said yes not realizing that she was up selling us. (Again we haven't been here for at least 3 years). He then said he didn't want large fries he would like to be refunded the $7 and just get his regular size fries. The manager came argued with my husband. Then asked for the card so we could be refunded. The manager explained the refund wouldn't show up until the end of the day. Which was fine with us. Shut the window. And like 30 seconds later the drive up worker opened the window and asked why we were still there. My husband said because we're still waiting for fries. She said you don't get your fries. My husband asked "why". "because my manager refunded your whole order so you got drinks and a sandwich for free, now leave". My husband then said but we want our fries. Again she said no and said now my manager is telling you to leave. But my husband just sat in the Drive-Thru waiting for his fries. After about a minute the manager brought two small fries. So we went on our way. (During this time a man walked up to the drive-thru and said he'd been waiting 20 minutes for his food and had yet seen it and had already paid) We got home and one of our sandwiches were wrong. But the real kicker is it's been a day later no refund showed up on my bank account. Paid $25 for two sandwiches two small fries and two drinks and had a huge hassle. I realize some of this could have been avoided us checking our food first, not handing the card over until we were comfortable with amount we were paying etc. But I have worked in all kinds of customer service jobs over the years and I know enough to know the Popeyes handled the situation very poorly. I will not...
Read moreI don’t know what kinda stuff y’all got going on with your customer service and training MANAGERS but SHE WAS HORRIBLE!! I know she’s a manager because she’s the only one with a grey button up manager shirt everyone else is wearing crew members shirts. Anyways I placed an order through the mobile app and it’s pouring rain right I only ordered a chicken tender meal and two Oreo cheesecake bowls literally not much food at all. She said I needed to come in to get it. It’s pouring rain and I had my 3 year old with me if I wanted to place it for inside I would have ! I told her I will not be coming inside because I placed it through drive thru so she said drive back around in ten minutes then to get my order I said no there’s literally 4 cars in front of me by the time I get to the window it’ll have been ten minutes and she was being completely rude and said so you’re just gonna wait at the window for ten minutes ?! then another person a guy got on the headset and asked me for my name for my order and seen I only ordered a small amount of food so he offered to bring it out to me then saw it was a small order and sai dab go ahead and pull to the window, mind you he’s a CREW MEMBER acting more professional then your MANAGER! he deserves a raise ! I gave him a tip as well because he was so kind !! The other lady on headset wouldn’t even look at me when I came up to the window she had dark hair and had a manager shirt on! The only manager I saw in there, she needs to have someone to teach her how to be nice especially if she’s going to be a manager ! She said her name was Ashley? Not sure if that’s her name she said there was two managers and they’re both girls, the girl I saw was taking orders and put on gloves to go to the back but never washed her hands before she put them on ? Put them on in the front then walked...
Read moreI’m 9 months pregnant and was craving a chicken sandwich so I bought lunch for my family. I ordered 2 large fries and was told that I had to park for 3 minutes while I waited for them which wasn’t a problem. When I was brought the food they forgot a 6 pack of biscuits, again this wasn’t a problem I just drove to the window and let them know I didn’t have them. When I got home (less than 3 minutes from Popeyes, my husband tried his fries and they were soggy and cold. I proceeded to try mine thinking maybe they were waiting only one of my fries but was very disappointed to find they were also cold. They were cold enough for me to believe that they weren’t held at a safe temperature at a warmer. I’m now a little irritated because I was told I was waiting on fresh fries and these are obviously not fresh. I take a bite out of my sandwich which is also pretty cold and also doesn’t have a toasted bun. I called to ask why I waited 3 minutes and my fries weren’t fresh and the manager on the phone didn’t say a single word. I then asked why they didn’t toast the bun and he said the toaster was broken. I asked him if it’s always been broken as my husband mentioned that his bun hasn’t been toasted since he first got the sandwich at that location around the time they were released. Again there was no answer. I just informed him I’d be writing my review and left the conversation at that. Needless to say I was very disappointed since I’m 9 months pregnant and was craving a Popeyes sandwich and spent $37 on anything...
