Subway — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

This store will mess up your sandwich and then blame you for it. My fiance got a turkey sandwich and Brad decided to dump a huge amount of pepper onto my sandwich. My fiance had him fix it and even after taking the first layer of ingredients off it is still covered in pepper and not edible. When I say covered, I mean all of the green peppers were so covered in pepper you could barely tell they were supposed to be green. Anyone would be able to tell the average person would never have this much pepper. I called the store and Brad continued to blame us saying next time to ask for light pepper and then proceeded to blame the pepper shaker. This is the 3rd bad experience we have had with Brad. He is a horrible supervisor and needs better training. He blantly charged us for a sandwich that he knew we couldn't eat. As far as I'm concerned he stole from us today. The meat was very cold on my sandwich and I went to the counter and told the lady and guy and they never even said they were sorry or offered to warm it up. Tables had food on them place was very dirty but the employees just stood around behind the counter talking the whole time we were there. Like no one cares about the customers here.. tried too call manger at this store for over an hour an it just say every time,, the person has no mailbox and can not receive calls. What a waste of time and money. WE will NEVER go back to any subway again, to many other good sub places around that really care about people spending there money for exchange for good food and good customer services.. I ordered pick up on the app for 30 min before close. I hate going in late just because I work in food service and know it's annoying but I was hungry after work. A couple things were wrong with my order, both sandwiches were Italian herbs and cheese and we got one with white bread, the sandwich also wasnt toasted which I asked for. When I got there the cashier didnt give me my drink or cookie and when I asked they said they didnt even look at my order.
