I'm giving 3 stars because I know this is a new business but there were a few things I thought they definitely could work on to be great in the future.
Our server definitely seemed like she was new to the serving world. She kept repeating herself and asking the same questions over and over again, and kind of seemed lost at times like she forgot what to say. Like I said, maybe she's new to serving so not trying to knock her or anything, but hopefully she gets the hang of it because she was very nice!
The service - our server, although she seemed new, was definitely on it. She kept checking on us to make sure we were okay. The only thing I wasn't really a fan of was, and this is apparently from the chef himself, is that you can't remove or make any changes to a slider, only add things onto them. Which is fine I guess, I just thought that was a little weird.
The food. To me, they're a little small to be priced at almost $5 a piece but I get it, inflation. My girlfriend got the All American slider and I can't remember which other one. I got the Sahara heat, the Gravy Chicken and Mac Attack. My girlfriend wasn't impressed at all, and she got the most basic one out of the bunch. Her words were "nothing special, especially for $5 a piece". The Sahara heat was okay, not really any flavor in the burger, just spice. The gravy chicken was the better tasting of the 3 but the chicken was definitely burnt and tasted like oil , as was the biscuit because the whole thing fell apart as soon as I bit into it, but I thought the gravy was good. The mac attack was awful, the mac and cheese had absolutely zero flavor and the burger tasted like it wasn't seasoned either. The fries however were actually really good and crispy! Oh also, they only give sodas in cans, so if you want a refill, they charge you another $2.50.
Overall I'm giving this place 3 stars. The atmosphere was cool and definitely has potential! There's a lot of other sliders I'd be interested in trying in the future, but we decided we might wait a few months before we return so they can get those new shop jitters out of the way. Didn't expect much coming in during their soft opening but just wanted to share...
Read moreI recently had the opportunity to dine at Raging Ryno Food, and overall, the experience was positively delicious with just one glaring flaw that has left my inner gamer-heart still reeling.
The wings themselves? Glorious. Spicy, saucy, crunchy perfectionâlike a perfectly timed combo in a fighting game where every hit lands. Truly, they were a critical hit against my hunger bar.
But hereâs where the narrative takes a tragic turn. Somewhere between ordering and receiving my feast, the friesâthe golden, crispy side quest of any wing-based campaignâwere lost. They never spawned on my plate. The wings arrived, but my fries? Nowhere to be found. It was as if my character had completed the main quest but was cruelly locked out of the bonus loot chest. Imagine downloading the DLC and realizing the side mission never triggered. Thatâs how it felt. Sad. Lonely. Fry-less.
Yet, in a bizarre and honestly kind of epic plot twist, the manager and the staff gave us free tickets to a fight event. Suddenly, my evening transformed from âdisappointed hero with no friesâ to âVIP spectator of real-world combat.â The juxtaposition was surrealâlike going from sulking in an RPG inn to suddenly being handed front-row passes to an arena battle.
So yes, Raging Ryno is very good. The wings are worth the XP. The fight tickets were legendary loot. But Iâm still haunted by the phantom fries that never appeared. My hunger bar was full, but my soul meter remains⌠incomplete.

Read moreStopped here for lunch for my son's birthday. He picked this place and brought his son along. We had all looked at the menu ahead of time and couldn't wait to try the food. We started out with the mozzarella sticks and ordered a variety of sliders between us all and ordered a pound of fries to split. The mozzarella sticks came first and were at least twice as big as any I've seen before and the sliders were great. But the service...
They brought out our meals and asked if we needed anything, since they didn't bring it the fries, we asked for them. Got a funny look and he said OK and walked away. Twice during our meal we had to ask for refills of various drinks. As we waited for it fries, we ate. Once everyone was done eating or food, they finally brought out fries, no comments. Then when they brought the bill, the server said 'Oh sorry, I forgot to order your fries when I placed the order.' I looked at the bill to see if possibly they didn't change is for the fries or at least have a discount on them for bringing them out after we were done eating... Nope.
I understand better then most things happen. But it's when mistakes happen, I judge a place on how they respond. But there was no effort to remedy what happened, and to me, that's...
