Tried Scooters few month ago. Since they are now literally right down the street, I have spent minimum 50/ week. Crazy right. One day for the family then I sneak a couple in during the week. They said they don't have app order yet. :( I thought that meant no points. So then I figured out the scanning for points. Third time I went through i paid them hand her the scanner app and she said sorry you have to scan first. Really? Can't order ahead and you can't give me points. They were very friendly, items were great, but I am a points person. So I might have to keep hitting starbucks till the order app is working. Read moreThe coffee is fine-ish (when made correctly) and the workers are friendly, but most times I stop here my order is wrong. I don't order anything complicated, and it's still wrong. Today's order: hot vanilla latte and hot chocolate with whipped cream. The vanilla latte was served in a hot cup, but was cold and tastes more vanilla milk and no coffee at all. And they put the whip on the latte instead of the hot chocolate. The other instances my order was wrong it was usually because they made the drink iced instead of hot. He was so nice and charismatic and I can't even say enough nice things. It was so refreshing to go to a drive thru and see smiles and good attitudes instead of the "it's just a job i hate people" attitude that I see so often elsewhere.
