Formerly happy customer 2008-2023, starting my relationship when it was Millhiser Smith. This used to be the place to go to, with excellent customer service and people who care. Last few years however, anytime you call you get immediately transferred directly to the provider, who is not necessarily working in your best interest or looking to get you the right deal for your situation. The person they provide for hit my vehicle. They know it's there fault. The want me to wait on them. I need my vehicle not to play phone tag. Terrible company. Best part, they told me to take a cab to and from work. I already missed one day and lost $150. Plus I don't have money lying around for a cab.
