We went in wanting breakfast food. My wife doesn't really like eggs so she was asking if there was a way to substitute the eggs for like another breakfast meat. Knowing the prices of eggs now a days and probably how cheap they get there product (knowing myself due to use to being a manager at another restaurant) you would think they would be able to substitute it. The manager said we couldn't. So then my wife had ordered a plain chicken sandwich since she was already mad on the breakfast food over the eggs. I had gotten the 3 meat omelette and then we ordered pancakes so we can share them since that was one of the main things she wanted. When our food came out the pancakes were fine. My omelette was a little overstuffed to the point where there was no structure to the omelette just toppings inside a folded egg. Had to basically eat everything separate. Hash browns had a weird flavor. Now my wife's sandwich wasn't a little black it was burnt all the way through and she had asked for plain yet still had cheese on it. The bun was absolutely flat and was so burnt she didn't know if the crunch from the sandwich was from the bread or the chicken. The chicken it's self was also darkened. She wasnt going to eat it so I gave her the rest of the pancakes and i was going to try and eat it. I took a single bite and it was the worst thing i had ever eaten that was being sold as chicken. That sandwich first off is not worth the 10 dollars they try and sell it as and especially the horrid mess we were served. Got extremely angry and we told them we were not going to pay for that sandwich it was absolutely terrible. Never going back the place has consistently been going down hill for years and what we had gone through yesterday was our...
Read moreHost came yawning at us with such energy and enthusiams that it was overload…… not really felt from the get go like i was being a burden more than a customer. Host was good. Food was cold except the country fried steak which you really cant mess up besides frying it. Bacon had a funny taste. Gravy was cold. And their new loaded hashbrown were on the flat top for about a minute and a half and where soft and uncooked properly. Toppings looked like a 2 year old plated it. Multitasking on the cook is def needing training for it all to come at onve looking nice and to temp. Everyone eats with their eyes first and presentation needs to be improved. Ive been in the food service for 25 years and a Chef for 20. I seriously would consider going in and showing them and helping the cooks improve their skills if needed for free. I usually dont complain but that host def killed the vibe and the cook plained sucked. I did enjoy the few swear words I heard from the dining area from the slender guy. I totally understand but others around made a comment on it along with their yelling across the dining area about who took toast. Def going under if thats how it will continue. Decorated the food I...
Read moreHappy Birthday to me! I decided today I would give this place one more shot. I got a break away from the norm and was wanting breakfast here. We were sat in a booth in decent time, waited 10 minutes for our drink orders, and while waiting we decided what we wanted. The server finally came over and got our drink order which was coffee with regular creamers. She came back with an urn of burned coffee and apologized for the wait. We had no straws or silverware to stir with and no sugar. We waited about 16 minutes for her to come back for our order but she never came back. She accommodated the table behind ours but bypassed, even attempting to come and refill our still full cups. I've been here three times in one year and I've left disappointed. First time, no service after 30 min. Second time, my kids asked for hot chocolate with their meal and the girl brought chocolate milk three times. This last time WS horrible. Even after calling the manager the first two times, its obvious that I can't get it in their heads that customers come first. Won't come...
