McDonald's — Restaurant in Celina

I took my 3 boys to McDonald's the other week to check out the finished remodel and I was not impressed. There is not enough seating. It wasn't packed but the only seating available was the bar height table. I don't mind it, but I had my youngest who is still in a high chair. High chairs and bar height tables don't go together. Once a normal height table was open I had my oldest run and get it. When I ordered my food I forgot I was supposed to get a number and someone else must have gotten mine. So I'm assuming it was a manager who took my food out to this other table. They told her that it wasn't what they ordered, the manager replied that she's just bringing it out to the number. Didn't even try to look into it. That's lazy and poor customer service. I went to go say that it might be mine and that's when the cashier told her it was mine. My wife on another occasion went to get sweet tea and told a worker who was at the drinks that the tea was empty, she was told to tell the people at the register and then walked to the back. That worker could have easily relayed the message as they went to the back. Maybe it's not that workers job, but they are in customer service and should have relayed the message to help their guests. I can't see myself coming back to Celina's...

Fast food. Taste has changed over the years. Good of you need something fast but so unhealthy for your body. Lines are mostly long. When you pay for food the employees seem to always be gossiping about something when you are paying for meals. The new set up on cars ordering and paying isn't any faster employees get confused which order is yours. But they surely need that 15 a hour that they been wanting not. They mess up on my orders more than I like them too and if they are messing up that much one me. I'm not the only one that happens to. They say 100 % fresh beef but I doesn't taste like a all beef patty. It taste more like a soy burger that has some beef. Fries are normally soggy. It seems the only way to fresh fries is to ask for no salt. Cause when you say fresh fries they give what they have. Breakfasts sandwiches the bacon bagel one sometime it comes with signature sauce and sometimes it doesn't. I guess that depends on what they feel like doing at that time I guess. You have to remember there is a bunch of kids working there where they don't care about quality. And the managers are just older kids that still don't have respect for elders or the people that keep you in...

Great food and service at this location but, 4 stars for always taking away the great stuff like the Habanero Quarter Pounder!

Dear consumer, be warned smoothie machine is always down 3rd time in a week "sorry the smoothie\frappe machine isn't working" so if you're like me and that's what you're going there for, you probably won't get it... To make things worse they always mess up the order. It's on a regular basis like today the rapper clearly states "egg McMuffin sub folded egg" and what did I end up getting that's right? Bacon, egg and cheese McMuffin with a round egg.... Can't even get what I ordered when I can't even order what I want! It's always another joke. I swear if I go there again and if the smoothie machines down, I'm canceling the whole order... I can't even use the mobile app with confidence knowing I'll be able to get what I order without having to deal with the hassles of a refund. It's a joke. Fast food industry. They want to get paid more but they can't even fall as simple instructions...
