Went to this venue for a wedding. The venue was very clean and very nicely decorated. The area for the actual wedding was very nice and the ceremony was really wonderful. My complaints come chiefly from the reception that followed immediately. My first, and biggest, complaint is that when I checked with the staff about my service dog, I was informed that dogs were not allowed on the property. They said he could be with me for the outdoor part, but not the reception. This is in direct violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which is federal law. Because of this I had a panic attack during the reception and had to leave the night early to be with my service dog, who had to wait in the car. Be warned service dog owners, that this business has no respect for you or your disability. My next complaint is in regards to the food. Denver is the home of the cheeseburger and one would expect to be served a decent one at a tap and grill. The build-your-own-burger I got from the buffet (that was swiftly cleaned up after a meager 45-60 minutes) was incredibly bland and the bun was dry. I’ve had better burgers mad from pre-fab patties I’ve bought at Walmart. When I ask a member of the staff if there were pickles, (one of the most standard ingredients for a burger) she told me she didn’t know, but that she would check. After pretending to look around the buffet lines, she left behind the bar and never returned. The fries would have been great, if they had been salted. It was like the entire me yesterday was devoid of flavor. By far the best thing I had to eat there was dessert, and it was a variety of candies brought in by the bride. I can say I gave this restaurant a two star review, but only because I was lucky enough to have a panic attack (because I was not allowed to have my service dog with me) and leave before the night turned into a complete disaster after the bride was berated by the manager, minors were served alcohol, and fights nearly ensued. I cannot recommend this venue to anyone who desires to have matters handled in any kind of professional manner. If you want decent food in the Denver area, you are much better off driving the ten minutes to aurora to get Popeye’s chicken. At least you can bring your service dog and not get screamed at
