Stoped there at about 9:30 on Saturday night and they were extremely busy, but I noticed that they had an what seem to be an experienced staff and they were handling it very well and calmly, getting orders out as fast as could be expected with the amount of people that had there. They really needed their second line to be open but I'm going to attribute that to staffing shortage. Although I did wait probably 15 minutes total from putting the order in at the kiosk to getting my order I did have four doordash drivers and an entire full drive-thru already in front of me, so again I think they handled everything very well. Note to management, if you do have the staff to have your second line open during that period of time, on the weekends being in Southside, I strongly suggest you staff them, you would probably double your revenue during those hours. J came back in after coming through the drive through bc my son (on the spectrum) food wasn’t prepared correctly I let them know and a worker relayed the message (quite rudely) but I was like whatever the COOK gets the food and starts loudly and aggressively complaining about I didn’t have for it that way when on my app it did which Is why I said if just go the the car and get my phone so I can show her I didn’t select it on my phone. She started taking the food out the bag and throwing in on the counter. My son is screaming his head off in the car so I’m like okay I’ll just get a refund. They said I’d have to go through the app so they took my food and I submitted a complaint through the app. Honestly the lady with the blonde hair was so understanding and helpful but with it only being her which other rude employees doesn’t really help balance out. Read moreThe quality of the food went down drastically within the first 2 weeks of them opening the new location. I live 2 minutes down the road but EVERYTIME I get a hard shell taco, its soggy when I get home so I think they are giving old tacos out plus everytime I've ordered the chicken quesadilla wrap with NO CHIPOTLE sauce, I literally have to drive around and get right back in the drive thru and tell them it was supposed to be WITHOUT the hot sauce (it made my mamas throat swell because she is allergic to the sauce). Then their machines go down so much like McDonalds and dont let me get started on the rude employees. For them to be the newest one, they are the absolute worst.
