I had one of the worst experiences today at the center point location. I have been doing business with them for years. I will never go back there again. I first went there I spoke with Corey about my air in my car not cooling. He told me to pop the hood. He took a look at it and told me that it needed some Freon. So I asked how much it would cost he told me $120 depending on how much it needed the price could go up. Then he asked how long the issue had been going on. I told him a couple months. So he told me I could come Saturday morning, because they are unable to start working on it after 4:30 p.m. So today I go up there. A guy told me to pull around back. The guy in the diagnostic told me he could not do it today. I told him well Corey told me I could come today. He said okay since I already spoke with someone. So he tells me that I needed Freon as well ( without looking under the hood of my car) but it would be $160 and up depending on how much I needed. Which is totally different from what Corey told me just days prior. From there I agreed to do the service. So I go wait in the lobby. About an 1 or so later Corey comes in to tell me that it would cost $838 and some change to fix the A/C. But the guy in diagnostic wouldn’t be able to do it today. That all I owed was $75 today for the diagnostic. I gave him my card. When he came back I told him that basically you did not communicate probably that my car still needed to be diagnosed because I was under the impression that all I needed was Freon since he took a look at just days prior. He never mentioned a diagnostic considering he already took a look at it. So basically I was mislead and lied to about everything. I am totally disappointed in the service I received today. Corey was very wrong considering he was the one to mislead me from the very beginning. All he had to offer was an apology and that A/C can be tricky. Instead of saying we would need to diagnose the issue and state the $75 fee from the very beginning. Corey did not do that. Corey and the guy in the diagnostic today are ill equipped to be working on peoples cars and running someone’s establishment as far as cars is concerned. And I will be taking further action. Because I was still charged for being lied to from the very beginning...
Read moreHow did a simple oil change turn into a slung rod and my son needing a whole new motor??My 16yr high school scholar trying to be responsible with his first car takes it to the Express Oil Change in Center point after school. He received the change later that evening the oil light and check engine light appeared and it’s making a ticking noise. By this time they were closed. First thing that next morning his dad ( who doesn’t know much about cars) takes him back up there to let them check this out. Kory the manager tells them pull up let him check it out. He does and states everything checks out with the oil change and says something about him needing a synelonode( I maybe spelling that wrong) we didn’t get that fixed that day, but takes the car home the next day. My son gets up to go to practice early and boom oils everywhere and he’s stuck on the freeway. Express Oil is the worst!! They do not want to take responsibility for what they did. Chris Holloway the district manager not helpful. This company come to find out has done this to people cars before. BAD BUSINESS; BAD MANAGEMENT. I will never recommend this company...
Read moreToday I took my car here for a tune up. I have a Chevy Cruze 2013 I was quoted for 200.00 plus tax I would get spark plugs and this price include labor. I also ask him for the price on core pack he then stated if I get that it would be around 600.00. Just for fun and kicks I asked how much were the spark plugs? He said that they are pretty high but it was included in the 200.00 price. I like honesty and I like to get my questions directly answered however something didn't seem right about this quoted price. Maybe it was his intergity, maybe he pocket the money, maybe it was the fact that I am a women. In any event I would not go here. Did price checks from Auto Zone, NAPA, Advance Auto Parts and O'Reilly for spark plugs an alarmingly 8.00 a piece 24.00 for all 4 you mean to tell me that labor run at...
