We waited 20 minutes for our food to be ready. While waiting we went to sit down at a booth and all the booths were marked âclosedâ every single one. So we chose one in the back away from people, practicing social distancing. Nothing was said to us for 20 minutes until our food was ready, that is when one of the employees yelled loudly, so the entire restaurant heard, causing a scene, stating âyou two canât sit thereâ. Of course everyone stared. My husband calmly said âthey all say closedâ she then screamed again âthereâs a table in the back corner and a booth on the left side that are openâ mind you the table was literally shoved in the corner and the booth on the left side was one of those two person booths, my husband is 6â4â he doesnât fit in those booths. They were completely rude and so busy yelling at us and causing a scene they didnât even ask if we wanted any sauces. We got up and left and wonât be returning ever again. Completely rude. Not one single apology for the food taking so long instead they caused a scene to yell at us, after sitting there...
Read moreThe Classic Chicken Sandwich is literally the best sandwich Butler has to offer but by some unholy mishap, the sandwich doesn't come with pickles. Judging from their reaction, it seems like the Arby's employees will be executed on the spot if found adding any pickles to a chicken sandwich so don't get your hopes up.
I also think the engineer who designed the cup lids should be fired immediately because that guy clearly crawled out of the depths of hell and precisely engineered the lids to be just loose enough to fall off an spill drink everywhere in your car when they hand it to you. The drive thru is also so slow that you'll burn off all the calories from the meal you just ordered by sitting idly in your car while the only view you get is occasionally spotting one of the four total people that still visits what's left of the Clearview Mall, other than that this...
Read moreGot my order from Grub Hub. Got a Dr. Pepper that basically had no taste to it, literally tasted like carbonated water which means they aren't paying attention to their syrup boxes in the back. My Beef N' Cheddar Sandwhiches had barely any roast beef on them and the what meat I did had was entirely to thick. As a previous employee from a different Arby's, this was just pure laziness more than likely due to the fact they didn't wanna put another slab of roast beef on the slicer and didn't calibrate the machine to slice at the reccomended thickness. Nonetheless they were in a rush I guess cause I definitely didn't get 3 ounces of meat on my sandwich like there's supposed to be. If I could give a half star or even none, I would. There's absolutely no excuse for this many mistakes on 1...
