Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Center Township

Honestly, I have been to many Chipotles, and as long as I get my food and the staff are there trying their best, I have no complaints. We have had a couple bad experiences at this location, mostly with them running out of food, conveniently right when we ordered online every time. Tonight, it was late, so we ordered from here one more time. I knew it might be a mistake, and it absolutely was. They didnt have the chips we ordered, and were quite rude about not having the chips. Instead of trying to refund us or offer us something different, they repeatedly yelled at my husband and told him to call a number for a refund and would not let him wait for chips to be ready. I understand people have bad days, but after 3 pretty heart breaking trips to this location, I will absolutely never go there again. Be warned, if you order through the drive through, expect that they likely won't have what you ordered and will tell you to go on a wild goose chase to get your money back... Went to the brand new chipotle located on main street with my family. We waited far too long until one person decided to help, my father ordered first and wow did the ingredients look like they were older than me! The rice looked a ran over frozen burrito, the beans looked like they were old enough to do their own taxes, and the girl was skimpy on the barbacoa. After I said that the beans looked repulsive a girl in the back said "I'm making new beans." The way she respinded to me told me that she knew that the beans were gross but then continued our order like nothing happened. After the bowl was "completed" we decided as a group that we would not be continuing the rest of our order and decided to walk out. I go to the chipotle on Broadway and it's such a stark difference, I'm there right now and they are 10/10. Go to broadway....avoid main...

So, we visited this Chipotle Father’s Day 6/15/25. It was my first time visiting this new Chipotle. I thought I would be getting the same thing as I would from the other Chipotle on route 30. Their Sofritas were dry and she had to scrape the pan because she said they didn’t have anymore. She said they were slow today. Thought that would mean you had plenty especially since they don’t close u til 9pm and it was about 5:30. The pinto beans were super thick and more like refried beans with some whole beans mixed in. Their chips were also stale. That sucks because I love Chipotle. I will probably just visit the one a little further down from now...
