I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I ordered pickup. Then, I got the message that it was ready 10 minutes before the quoted time. I arrived 3 minutes after receiving the message that it was ready. It took 2 minutes to get home with it. Made for a terrible anniversary dinner. All the food was ice cold. The streaks were pretty much raw and cold. I guess they don't know how to cook. All the sides were like rubber. Update 12/7/24 we came in for a late lunch. The place wasn't really busy. It should have been a sign of the bad things to come when we came to the hostess station because the text said gather your party the table is ready. When we came inside, we were told we had to wait for them to clean the table, and then while we waited, other parties came right in and got seated right away. After waiting 10 minutes, they seated us in the bar of all places with 2 small children. No high chair like our reservation requested. Our server was just about useless she was more interested in just standing in the corner and watching the bar. Our food took forever when we finally received our meal. All of the food was cold as ice, and the sides were like rubber. Definitely won't be eating there again. We thought we'd give them another chance they only got worse. Update 12/30/24. Decided to give them one more chance they need still need better management on the front of the house. Just getting inside and to the hostess station is a joke even when we were already on the wait list ahead of time and we got our text saying gather your party and come in. The doorway and the hostess station were completely blocked. Then we finally get up there and talk to someone and had to wait several more minutes to get seated only to get seated without the high chair that we specified on the wait list register that we needed one. Then instead of taking our order the waitress gets someone to get the high chair then she decided to go and take care of a much larger party that came in and got seated after we did causing us to have to wait much longer for everything. I think the wait staff needs to be retrained. That's completely unacceptable to leave a smaller table to take orders and whatnot from a large party. Leaving the original table to wait longer. Probably just because they know the larger party potentially tips more. Which is definitely the wrong way to do business. The food was once again cold as ice when we received it. BEWARE TO ANYONE they have some shady waitresses here tonight when she told us she had to take a gift off our bill herself and it wouldn't work at the table is wondered why the total looked suspicious after. Also noticed when I went to pay the remaining balance at the thing on the table it didn't ask me for a tip. It just automatically charged my card. Then we felt bad and left some cash for a tip only to find out when I got home and saw the emailed receipt. The waitress had added her own about 15 dollar tip on my bill when we went away with my gift card to take it off my bill. So then in total between the cash on the table and what she added onto my bill that wasn't originally there for a party of less than 4 and only a 60 dollar bill she ended up with nearly 40 dollars for very bad service. I placed an order at 6:32 PM Monday night - I got a text to wait until I got a confirmation that my order was ready to pick up before proceeding to the drive through pick up line. My estimated time of completion was 7:15. Well I knew they’re going to be busy with just opening so I expected to wait in line for a little bit. I got to the restaurant at 6:50 and proceeded to get in the pick up line that had 12 cars in it. AN HOUR LATER I GOT MY FOOD. I waited in line until 7:50. I watched the young girl look for my food and picked up the bag OFF THE GROUND - and hand it to me. I get home with after 8PM to cold food. I’m impressed everything was there but nothing was warm besides the rolls.. There needs to be a better organization for the pick up line. There needs to be a second person assigned to the take out line that can be called a runner and run food out from the window to cars in line - like Chick-fil-A. Instead of the people getting out of their vehicles/keeping the line from moving and running inside to see if they can get their food faster and taking up time from your hosts and causing a hold up in there - just add another person to work with take out until you’re opening rush is over. There is a little parking area in front of the take out window where you can direct cars to park if their food isn’t ready and have the runner run their food out when it’s read so other people can get their food that is ready from the window. When I got home and I got a text at 8:37 saying my food was ready to pick up… 😑

Well… let’s start with the waiter was friendly and prompt. He made our time enjoyable and engaged us in good conversation. I took my girl, our kid's and some of her family to eat, everything went well until I started to eat my salad. After sharing a few bites with our 3yo daughter, I took a bite and bit down on something hard. It was a piece of a pen cap that had broken off!!! Thank god I took that bit and not my daughter, because It was sharp and poked my gums. Luckily, I didnt swallow it too. Our waiter was apologetic and said he would get the manager. After a little bit the waiter came back and told me, my entire meal would be free and that he was sorry that it happened. I felt it was kinda lame of the manager to not come talk to us but was ok with the meals being free… so I thought. When the bill came, it was only my food, Not my drinks, not the other couple people I brought with me to eat, just my 19$ steak. It was disappointing because I feel they didn’t make what happened right. That pointy cap could’ve messed me up if I didn’t catch it in time.
