Fahrenheit Two Twelve — Restaurant in Center Township

The Girlfriends and I made a ladies night reservation for 5 ( but only 3 showed due to the inclement weather). Nevertheless we were seated the restaurant was full on a friday evening and atmosphere seemed ok. We were asked by our server amber if we'd like water and to give us a moment to look over the drink menu but after that she went mia? We went over the menu for appetizers but sat waiting for our server for about 30mins or more. We had to ask the lady hostess at the front where she was and her name. She kindly went to get her in which we asked for drinks she brought them but went mia again. One of my guess noticed that bread and butter was being offered to guests being seated(we've been her about an hr now) so i asked the hostess and she grabs one for us. Amber appears and says she was sorry she thought we were waiting for the rest of our guess. We asked if we could order our food but thinking we wouldnt see her again anytime soon we ordered both the appetizers and dinner. The chix roll and wings were good we all shared. Didnt get to my mushrooms and our food too so long ( to order that is)we took it to go. I ordered the 16oz prime rib in which was marbled with a ton of fat and it really showed the next day after it had been refrigerated and the mushrooms had seafood and a cream cheese inside but they tasted spoiled and upon rewarming it got all over the rest of the food so i just threw eveything away. We played it cool after a long days work but i was not happy with the service here at all. Especially seeing other guest around us being serviced on time and so well. Fahrenheit 212, as a whole, is a very good American dining restaurant.

You walk in to see a nice bar, with a good selection of drinks to pick from. On the right is a dining room with a decent amount of seating. The atmosphere feels open, though, with the whole front of the place being windows.

Our waitress immediately sat us in the dining area since we managed to get lucky and come on a somewhat quiet evening. The menu is expansive enough to accomodate most, with plenty of options for sides, from fries to salad to fresh fruit.

I ordered a chicken caesar wrap, with fries. The chicken was well-seasoned, but slightly dry. The Romaine lettuce was crisp and fresh, with a good crunch. The dressing was a little overly salty, but was flavorful, and the tortilla was decently fresh. The fries were pretty good too, though they certainly would benefit from some seasoning. Thankfully, they provide you with ketchup, which helped out with the flavor.

The main issue I have with 212 is the pricing. Though the food is good, the menu is slightly overpriced. My wrap and fries was $15.99 before tax, and though the portions are satisfactory, I and many others in my party don't quite feel like we got what we paid for.

Fahrenheit 212 was selected as our caterer for my daughter's recent Baby Shower - first baby! Fahrenheit has several catering food options available to choose from, which is so helpful when looking for variety! My family and I frequent Fahrenheit often, because their food is consistently fresh and delicious! So, we knew ahead, that the Chefs would not disappoint us for this special occasion!

Working with Chef Steve in ordering was stress-free and a delight! He was helpful explaining serving sizes of each item ordered, and was most accommodating with a special request I made.

The food, did not disappoint! The guests all raved about how fresh and amazing each dish was - from the appetizers to the entrées! No one left hungry and we did have some extras for take-home - which Fahrenheit even added containers and the guests gladly helped themselves to!

My only suggestion would be to provide delivery and set-up. I know not many off-site caterers offer this, so it would be a plus!
