Wendy's — Restaurant in Center Township

Well the drive through girl either could not hear properly or was unable to understand what we were saying or asking and every time I looked at the screen she had rung something up that we had not ordered and then she kept repeating the wrong item back to me. Finally she said she could not hear me and by that time of multiple repeating I told here yes we are having communication problems here so cancel the order. So we parked and went inside. There was no line and a young fella that did not seem very ambitious had to be told to go wait on us. When he finally figured out what we were ordering---he did not seem overly familiar with the menu---and rung us up after redoing it several times he told us a different amount from what showed on the screen. I had to look closely at the screen because he mumbled several times $18 and the screen I thought said $13 something and I had $15 cash in my hand. I counted out the $14 and went to hand it to him and he was daydreaming and staring off into space. A lady came in and even she chuckled about his lazy inattentive behavior. I had to wave the bills in front of him and that still didn't get his attention. Finally I threw them on the counter and said this is to be take out. Even then took him several slow seconds to pick up the money and count it. Totally unimpressed with the experience and caliber of employees working at this Wendy's...

this place stinks. cant even get your order correct. at drive thru window-order taker couldnt manage to get order correct,we then attempted to correct it at the window . then when food came out it still wasnt correct. since the window was shut employee must have thought they got it correct (NOT) . then took order inside for refund- ( real hard to order and get correct 2 combos, a large chili and chicken bits ) so we are getting refund from manager, then girl at drivethru window...heres your chili...( after we drove away..then had to come inside cause they cant take and fill a simple order.

this isnt an isolated incident as they seem to never have been able to simply take your order,and give you the correct food without a return visit to the store..we will NEVER go there again...

PLEASE LET YOUR CUSTOMER finish their order before you interupt them trying to order..then take food ordered and paid for-put in bag and give to customer...TOO HARD FOR THIS...

This location used to be our go to until our most recent visit. Our online order took close to 10 minutes to receive after confirming and paying inside. The manager's attitude was anything but professional when my girlfriend that was in the truck with the kids asked why it was taking so long. She laughed and began joking about it until realizing I was standing right there listening to her make fun of the lady who called in. If this kind of trash is managing the place, I seen all I needed to see for me to not come back. In addition to the attitude it didn't help that 2 of 4 of our 4 for 4's didn't come with fries or chicken nuggets. I don't expect or desire anything to come from this review, after all it was a joke to the manager that last time...
