Centerton Food Trucks Park — Restaurant in Centerton

I really want to be excited about those location. I absolutely love food trucks and the diversity of flavor they bring to the food scene of NWA. I have stopped here about 4 times in the last couple of weeks. From what I was told one place is closed due to an investigation from a fire/explosion that happened three other places have not been open when I have been there. There is an Asian truck and a Columbian truck that have been open. I have not been to the Asian truck but the Columbian truck is absolutely amazing. I have tried something different each time. If you have never had it the blood sausage they offer is really good. I have always been a boy hesitant to try and the owner offered me a sample. Flavor wise it was mild and had no metallic or gamey taste at all. Just a mild meaty flavor. The chicharrones are well cooked and rendered down. Crispy, well seasoned and full of flavor on the outside. Tender and juicy on the inside. The salsa/sauces are extrwamly flavorful. My only negative is that I wish there was a little more sauce provided with each dish. The owner is top notch and explains each meal and what it has on it. He recognized me each time I returned and thanked me for coming back....

The food truck park is clean and well kept. There’s is a playground area suitable for toddlers and preschool aged children. The outside seating is enjoyable. I ate at the Lucky Tasty Asian Food Truck. I got a strawberry Boba, the General Tso chicken with fried rice , and the appetizer sampler. The appetizer sampler included two spring rolls, three egg rolls, and three Rangoon’s. The food was fresh and hot. It was flavorful and enjoyable. My dish wasn’t spicy but it did have enjoyable flavors. The customer service as good. They answered questions and didn't rush me....

This is a top-notch food truck park with a nice variety of food trucks and a very nice ambiance. There are plenty of tables, all under an awning so they are shaded. There are outdoor lights as well. I went to the Chinese food place and it was absolutely delicious. It did take a while for my food to be ready, but they give you a handy little pager so you can walk around or sit and chat while waiting. I will definitely be coming back to try out the other...
