I had an all-around amazing experience. He told us all about his food, how it was cooked and marinated, and a bit of his backstory. I decided to try the baked potato with Carne Asada and I was NOT disappointed. It was buttery and smooth, the perfect amount of cheese and topped with so much meat it was falling off the potato. The beans were delicious, the green salsa was amazing, and the side of grilled onions had so much flavor! The corn tortillas were AMAZING when filled with all of it. The dessert was amazing. It reminded me of a key lime pie but better! It is made by the Columbian chef. Sooo good!! The blackberry water was delicious as well. I go to Brightwater (culinary school), and we got to talking.
