COMPLETE MORONS! I have NEVER visited a fast food restaurant so unprofessional, filthy, and SLOW! The children (Employees) were messing around not helping me when I got to the window, I think I had of sat there a good 3-4 minutes before someone finally came and in a VERY snotty way told me my total and asked for payment. I finally got handed my food after an even longer wait.My tacos were thrown literally into the box all messy, not folded well and the shells most maybe 2 out of the 12 were cracked. I asked the employee for a manager to bring this issue up to them, she came to the window very snotty attitude, seemed VERY stressed out and asked "what the problem was" I kind of sat there in shock for second than told her the problems I had experienced. She was than VERY rude and didn't want to fix my food, I asked her for her name she stated "Crystal" after arguing with her and another employee she finally took but jerked my food from my hand and said it will be a few minutes wait and to pull around to the door. I instead sat there at the window and waited as I shouldn't have to go through this bs. She finally brought the food out to the window after staring me down with a filthy look on her face as she waited for the food to be made. Very rudely handed my food and without saying anything shut the window quit hard! Very unprofessional employees this place has, I have had problems many times, this is not a first! Or the first manager I have encountered a problem with Tyler quite a few months ago I had a very bad experience with as well. This place NEEDS SERIOUS help! I also want to add that the few times I have gone inside it was FILTHY! SOO gross to know my food was being made in this, the employees didn't have their long hair back or anything! Read moreI had the worst service at the White City Taco Bell! After ordering on the app, I waited in the parking lot until it alerted me that my order was ready. When I entered the store I saw that there were no orders in the pick up window; and when nobody greeted me at the the counter, I had to ask for it. They told me that they had accidentally given my food to somebody else. They remade it for me while I waited for the second time. I asked to speak to the person in charge, and all 4 employees ignored me, they just brought the bag to the counter with 2 coupons for a free taco on my next visit. I was halfway home before I realize that the drinks were missing. By the time we turned around and went back, the drive through was empty, so we drove through and asked for the manager. The young lady who dropped off the coupons with the food said she was in charge. And then she lied to my husband and told him that a customer must have taken the food off the shelf and that the drinks were also there when they made my order the second time and that I must have left them behind. I know for a fact that the shelf was completely empty when I asked them for my order. The pick up area was dirty, with trash and sauce packets and the cooking area was also dirty with food all over the floor. Read more31 minutes to take my order and a total of 51 minutes in the drive thru???! I pulled in at 10:57pm for a sprite and 2 burritos. There were approximately 5 cars ahead of me. A young man greeted me over the speaker and asked me to wait a few minutes. 20 minutes goes by and he comes back and asks if I've already ordered and when I tell him no, he asks me to wait a few minutes again and apologizes. 31 minutes goes by before my order is actually taken. He apologizes again. I continue to wait in the drive thru for another 20 minutes before receiving my order, making my total time spent in the drive thru 51 minutes. When I finally did make it to the window, I see 3 employees standing at the front counter chatting with a customer for several minutes. When I was given my order I had to ask for my drink because the cashier forgot. I feel like at the very least I could have been given the drink while waiting so I could have something to drink during the near hour I waited for my order. There were cars behind and in front of me, and the drive thru is too narrow to pull around others to get out. I'm feeling very closterphobic, frustrated and poweless by this experience.
