Online order placed.. 3 footlong sandwiches and a kids meal.... when we picked it up- they asked if we were picking up and pointed me towards a Togo bag- luckily I looked in bag before leaving and noticed was no kids juice or Applesauce in the bag- when I asked the lady she said "u have to do that yourself" if u pack a to go order all items should be in the bag- or maybe you would mention that I need to grab items- after all online asked me my selections- so u knew what we wanted! I was so taken back that I grab my items and the bag and walked out.. when I get home I notice that one of the sandwiches is only 6"... not sure how that happens when the order was ALL footlongs- so no 6" should've been pulled out. I call the store and Kaylee who answer said she was sorry- she actually made the order and acknowledged the mistake- but when I asked how to justify the mistake she said she had NO IDEA- I asked to speak with manager- and she said there was none working. She would take my info and have manager call me next day. Next day comes and NO CALL- although I really didn't expect a call from a place that has no protocol in place for fixing a simple mistake. We have 3 subways within miles of each other in the white city/ eagle point area... I would NOT recommend this location for any online orders!
Update: Manager finally called me back after 2 days-they replaced my ENTIRE order for no charge which is way more than what we needed so that was very appreciated. The manager apologized for the error many times and said the location is continously short staffed- so I'm changing my star review to a 3 and will try again in...
Read moreI'm very displeased this is the only Subway in White City as I'd love to visit more often for lunch while at work but the staff are generally very unfriendly, curt, and look like they've been done with life as a whole for at least the last 10 years. There's always one woman in particular working this location and she is STINGY like her paycheck depends entirely on how little she can put into each individual sandwich. Last time I went in, nearly every ingredient she grabbed had some fall into the trash that's inset in the counter top, apparently no big deal, but when I asked for extra olives she literally put one olive (so, like 4 slices?) on my foot long sandwich and very meticulously dumped what was still left in her hand back in the olive bin. Not sure if she's a manager here but there is at least one other employee who does the same and this is the ONLY Subway I've ever been to that is that stingy. No point in offering any ingredients at all if you're just going to provide a bread sandwich...

Young white male employee in his 20s, took my aunt's order... and she was struggling to pronounce the name of the bread and he gave her a lot of attitude for it and continued to regard to her as "retarded." This was very hard for me to hear since my aunt is the most respectful and kind woman I know. She didn't use any foul language back at the employee because she was just shocked at his response to her order, and instead of offering assistance in the pronunciation, he threw on the pieces that are in the sandwich really aggressively and rudely. Honestly, if a place like this can't have the basic decency to be respectful to the customers... they should not be open. My aunt really lost her appetite afterwards and didn't eat the sandwich.
