Twice in a row now the blizzards and now slushy just are not well made.
The slushy they made - strawberry kiwi had so much strawberry it was undrinkable. We asked Sierra if she would remove some slushy and add more plain ice - which she did. Just not enough - so we ended up throwing it away without drinking any.
First, receiving the blizzard - to do their guarantee of served upside down they put a lid on. Really?
Secondly - you order a MINT Oreo blizzard and you are CLEARLY looking at how GREEN the ice cream should be on the ad and you get a blizzard the color of cookies and cream and tastes of vanilla ice cream and too much crushed Oreo making a totally different blizzard.
So I go back saying I’m sorry - I thought I ordered the mint Oreo blizzard. And Sierra behind the counter says it is, so I asked if it’s supposed to be green- she claimed it was from the sliver of green liquid on the cup. So I tell her the blizzard is not made right and I don’t want it and I point to the GREEN picture of the MINT Oreo blizzard on their huge billboard. I thought she would remake it. Instead she expected me to leave without anything. Which I did.

Read moreI went to DQ tonight to order and at the drive through I was told they would be with me in a moment then did not return for about 5 minutes. I asked if someone was there and the cashier said in a really snarky and slow condescending voice “ I’ll be right with you” and then nothing for 10 minutes. I was waiting with my window rolled down and it started to snow hard and there was silence from the intercom for a good while and I asked if they would take my order and they said their systems were down. I drove up to the window and gently suggested that they say that from the beginning instead of just asking people to wait and disappearing for 15-20 minutes at the speaker. The girl rolled her eyes and then told me to have a good night. I believe they took the order from the person who was in line behind me and they were really rude. They made me feel bad because I wasted my time waiting patiently and they didn’t say anything about the system going down and acted very rude in tone of voice and mannerisms. Read moreWent into the restaurant that had 5 employees behind the counter. We had 2 separate orders for our family. One was $26 and the other was $39. The kid that took our order was rude and talking under his breath to where you couldn’t hear him. We had 6 kids with us, sat everyone at the tables and waited on our orders. After 10 minutes of waiting and sitting another kid came up and said we couldn’t dine in. I inquired as to why since no one told us this and there was no sign posted stating no dine in. She told me it was because they were understaffed and couldn’t handle dine in. 5 employees behind the counter and we are the only customers at the time. Not sure about that logic! Once we did get our food the bag was slammed on the counter without a word uttered to us. Everything was cold, hard and we ended up throwing it out.
