Every time I'm here I get a very rude attitude from the lady with long blonde hair, she spends plenty of time chatting with the car ahead of me and she doesn't even give me a smile when I order my drink no matter how cheerful I am, I used to come here just cause the coffee is good and I get the chocolate mac breve every time but this time it tasted like half creme and half water so along with rude service I got a cruddy coffee that I paid 5$ for, my drinks from here never get cold since they taste too good and I drink them before they're cool but this time it tasted like there was no coffee or effort in it so now i see no reason in returning to this franchise, I always get great coffee and nice people at Dutch bros and I've never been rude to deserve this kind of service and I hate complaining but along with blondie's rude attitude I got the worst coffee I ever paid for, I went home and used that coffee as creamer cause it was so lacking in coffee, please train your staff on being not so shallow cause of how people look or you're gonna lose...

So, I haven't had human bean in years. And here's why, Today, I spent a total of $14.25, for 2 drinks. (I even tipped 2 dollars!!!) And immediately, after they took my wrong drink order, and I refused my first drink, because she didn't catch the fact I wanted a blended, vs non blended, SAME FLAVOR. They ask me for an additional $3 for the difference in the drink....post my $2 tip, and right before forgetting to handle my drivers drink out the window. Which was a small.

Another egregious upcharge to justify a workforce who demands more, but works less...

I came through this morning i order the same drink every time, the americano it's the cheapest drink on the menu and i have things added to it, which makes it a better drink but it only costs me 3.50 so that's why i order it so specifically the gal tried telling me it was 5.50 and i said I've never been charged that much that's why i order the drink this way and she said it doesn't matter how i order it because with that much cream it's a breve....
