I've always seen Domino's Pizza's customer service to be rather decent, but my recent orders from them have continually boosted my opinions of them more and more. They show that they hold both their customers' quantity and quality of time in high regard.
At the time of writing this review, I had placed an order for 2 pizzas for curbside pickup earlier (which was finished quite quickly I might add), and had went to receive my order. The person that had delivered my order was very kind and well-presented (I'm a bit of a critic on this type of thing; well done!). Though, after inspecting both pizzas, I found that one of the pizzas I received was not the type that I had ordered, so I went back inside with both of them to ask if there was a mishap in between managing all the pizzas they were having to make and sort through. Almost immediately, one of the workers (I'm assuming the manager; I wish I had gotten the name!) responded and, without hesitation, offered an additional free pizza, extra garlic dipping sauce, apology coupons, paper plates, and napkins in an apology for the inconvenience. I have never received such generous customer service from any food business in my life (let alone such genuine care for the customers' time), and I am honored to know that we have such high-quality service in our town of Centralia, IL. After tonight's experience, Domino's has solidified itself as my personal #1 favorite Pizza Parlor!

Read moreI received the message my order was ready. I used the pie pass that told me it was ready & to come in & get it. It took a bit for someone to help me. It didn't matter I had told them I was coming in. They didn't know who I was, which I thought that was the point of using the pie pass. Only 2 of 3 items were ready. They had to ask for my sandwich to be made quickly. I stood & waited while my other items sat there. It took more than 5 more minutes. They offered me a soda while I waited, which I declined. Waiting gave me time to do this review. I don't believe this Domino's had good customer service. This isn't the first time I've had a problem. Maybe they will listen to me now.....?
Well, here's another review. It's been a few months since the last one. It's not much better than my last. Pick-up went fine, but the product was of poor quality. My pizza had a huge bubble in it. Bbq sauce appeared to be the main ingredient, only after the crust. I hardly got a dozen small pieces of chicken on it. I think I tasted 2 pieces of onion. I didn't notice any bacon. The cheese was fair. They want you to add extras on the pizzas so they can short you on those too!! I've had frozen pizzas have more toppings on them. Read moreWe had to place our order twice. The first time we went through a call center that didn't put the order in. After an hour of waiting, we called again and got the actual store. Told us it would another 30 minutes, but gave us a discount. An hour later we call back because the pizza still isn't here. We finally get our pizza and they can't even get the order right!!! We asked for extra sauce and what do they do? Put absolutely NO SAUCE on the pizza!!! We got round cheese sticks with pepperoni and sausage. I wasn't a fan of domino's to begin with... I'll never make another purchase from this company again. I'll drive the 35 minutes one way to go to Pizza Hut in Mount Vernon before I buy anything from domino's. I can't believe ya all can't even put a regular amount of pizza sauce on a pizza. This has been a waste my family's time AND money. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! PUT THESE IDIOTS OUT...
