Our latest experience at my local Aeropostale was great ! The staff was very courteous.

I have to give associate “Keke” a shoutout , she makes the environment very pleasing,energetic and personable. A very positive attitude.

Not rushing you in and out the door like most stores. She was at the time the only one on the floor with about 10-13 people in the store she was ringing people out , checking on guests as well as letting everyone know of current sales. Great job Keke keep doing what you do best !...

Management harassed us as we were shopping, kicking people out of the store for holding a vape. NOT SMOKING IT JUST HOLDING!!!! Store manager seems like he’s trying to compensate for something if you know what I mean. Some people get a little power like managing minimum wage employees and feel like they can just kick people out for no reason. Was gonna spend a couple hundred at the store but the MANAGER SUCKS!!!! Used to be my favorite store at this outlet. Idk what happened over the last month but it’s an absolute mess now. Clothes looked like they’ve never be folded, associates on their phones and when asked if there was a manager who could help me I was told “he’s in the back” I worked in retail when I was younger the manager should always be on the sales floor.
