I used to love this place but the food is getting worse and the prices are going through the roof. We ate here tonight and frankly, will likely be the last. I don't often write negative reviews (you can check my history) and it pains me to write this ...but Five Guys simply isn't worth it any more. My wife and I ordered one "Little Cheeseburger", one "Little Bacon Cheeseburger", one regular fry, and two milkshakes. It was over $40. Mind you...these are the small single patty burgers. Not a lot of food at all. It took a while to prepare the food even though I was the only one in the restaurant...and the fries were soggy. The burgers were okay but honestly...nothing more special than Burger King burgers. They are going downhill and charging more on the way down. Well, at least the Centreville location is...not sure about all the others. Anyway, so long Five Guys. As a note...we recently ate at Habit Burger by Wegmans in Chantilly and the burgers were super fresh, had tons of flavor, the fries and onion rings were crisp, and everything cost less. For reference, at Firve Guys, my small bacon cheeseburger was over $10 just by itself while at Habit Burger, I got a bacon cheeseburger, crisp fries, and a drink...

Ordered out usual tonight and when I arrived to pick it up @ 8:01pm the front door was locked with a handwritten note that they were closing early tonight. Had to call the store and then wait for someone to unlock the door to allow me to pick up my food. Got home and found both burgers to be wrong. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and got no bacon and my wife ordered a cheese burger with pickles and received sweet relish. This is not the first time we have dealt with quality or accuracy issues at this location. I am a five guys loyalist, but whoever owns this franchise needs to check in to make sure procedures are being followed. Read moreI'm worried this location isnt going to be open much longer! They forgot how to use the phone... no one answers and if they do they put on hold and forget about you. Not sure what their methods for the fry dropping is but no matter how you order online or phone you're waiting even more time for fries. Tried the online ordering, the app mentions curbside pickup says call the store when you arrive. Good luck with someone answering the phone, sat outside watched cashier on the phone and five other employees never picking up another phone. Once she did after 5 calls she said your order wasn't curbside so come in.... then the manager wants to explain something but I'm not going to listen and tell him to give me food.
