Walked in, it was awkward waitress said how can I help you instead of please have a seat anywhere. She was okay and spoke nicely right up to when I complained about the quantity and saltiness of the food. We ordered 3 masala dosesand 1 nugget and fries (which had no salt). She said oh we have other customers and they don't complain.. she tried to tell me to get an appetizer instead if I'd like.. I was reluctant to.. but decided to get the samosa.. while the samosas were getting ready, the female server looked suspicious and was keeping an eye on anyone who was going near the kitchen door. When she served the samosa, I didn't eat it, it looked like there was a wet spot under the samosa, I just got a weird feeling. It looked like someone spat on the plate. The chef didn't come out to speak instead he walks out with attitude and gave the 3 tables including us a complimentary sweet dish, I said thank you politely and told him we would not eat it. Noone in my family eats that sweet dish. While getting on the jackets, the main server and the person/ server who brought out the dishes were talking loudly and came near us, and said extra salt or less salt everyone has their own preferences... with smirks on their faces.. mind you they charged us for the 3 dosas and nuggets and fries and the samoosas thats she convinced me to get as a replacement to the dosa! We didn't say anything, we walked out. I'm not going to get into heated words with people infront of my kids, who do not know how to be civilized and run a business. Mistakes happen and that's life but not taking a customers feedback gracefully is really unprofessional. Needless to say we will not go back and we will advice everyone we know not to go and eat here. If it was possible to give a review without any stars, I would...

Appetizers: We were out for dinner, reached around 8:00pm. The ordered foods were served on time. However, the foods were terrible. Chilly chicken was prepared with too much soya sauce that the arrogant smell spoiled the ambience. Pani puri was awful as 25% of puri served were already broken. Lassi was literally like smoothie made with 80% water + 20% yoghurt and sugar ( too much sweetness).
Main Course: Garlic naan and Butter Chicken were okay. Lamb biryani was horrible. It was literally like fried rice mixed with lamb curry as you can tell it is not what biryani is supposed to be. Also, no raita was served 😁
Last but not the least, we were told told to eat our dinner quick at 8:30pm as that the restaurant will close sharp at 9:00pm. We were not done with the dinner and the waiter gave us our bill. Looks like they need to practice good customer service.
Standard price for cheap quality food and service. Not going back to this place neither going to recommend anyone.
After looking at the reviews in detail, I realized that most of the 4star+ reviews were from non Indian/Nepali customers. If you are familiar with indian foods, then this is not the...

Boyfriend and I randomly picked this place to eat. Service was slow - there were only two other people here but it took a while for them to take our orders.
We ordered the garlic naan bread, chicken tikka masala, and butter chicken.
It also took some time for our food to come out. I used this wait time to read the reviews, since we didn’t get to prior to coming. Let’s just say I was getting worried.
When the food came out I noticed the portion size was so much bigger than other Indian restaurants!
I tried the garlic naan first and it was really good! I think if there was butter or a little more garlic flavor, then it would’ve been perfect! The chicken tikka masala was full of flavors and again the portion size was generous. They definitely did not skimp on the chicken and sauce. My boyfriend really enjoyed his butter chicken as well (I personally thought it was sweet, but I think butter chicken is supposed to be sweet in general).
Overall, I would honestly say Bombay Bites has the best garlic naan and chicken tikka masala that I’ve tasted so far. Definitely looking forward to coming...
