I typically love cakes from here, and I simply went in to pick up some cakes on Valentine’s Day and was met with the worst service. The lady who initially took my order left to retrieve the cupcakes and another women appeared from the back and asked if I had been helped so she can help other people behind me. I said yes, and moved over slightly to make sure I wasn’t in anyone’s way and she bluntly and very rudely exclaimed that I still needed to pay. Obviously, I know I have to pay for my cupcakes, and I assumed the woman who got my cupcakes, was returning shortly to check me out meanwhile, this other woman interrupted and was a complete buzz kill. For such an upbeat and positive environment, where people come and get dessert for celebratory occasions, it sucks that they have someone working here with the nastiest attitude and who can’t even spare a smile and provide good customer service. I came in around 2 o’clock on Valentine’s Day and the woman in question is a white brunette lady. The entire interaction was short but so unpleasant and I hope this isn’t what I can expect from this location...

These cakes are awesome! The lemon cake taste like cake my mother made when I was growing up and staying with my parents. The marble and the chocolate chocolate cakes are good, too. We had the frosting added to all of the cakes that we ordered; the taste of the frosting started to get old; will have to order without the frosting, so I can eat the cakes with ice cream at home. Placed order online (days prior to pickup), received email receipt, called to change pickup date, picked up today, people were nice on the inside when I picked up my order, sign on door said that masks are required (by state law), sign standing near the front door after entering asked to wait here to practice social distancing if someone else is being helped, some lady was at the cash register on the left, some young gentleman came from the back near the cash register on the right, asked the name of my order, told him the name on the order, he brought the box of cakes to me, it felt a little cold, asked him about it, he told me to put in the refrigerator when...
